Shavon's 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Kennewick

Fully Fenced
3 acres

The pool and hot tub will be covered for your safety. 8 foot concrete wall is a good sound barrier. It’s a quiet neighborhood. Dogs are welcome to drink from the Koi pond in the front. The pond is quite deep; however, there are shelves built in. My dogs have not fallen in. The rocks on the ledge are sturdy. Nothing is off-limits in the yard. Indoor restroom available. Play with any toys in the yard. Enjoy the swings and hammock.

Each College Place small dog park listing shows detailed photos, amenities, fencing specs, and reviews from local dog owners.

Are College Place small dog parks good for all dog types?

Yes! The completely private bookings mean each dog gets the environment they need. Browse College Place's 17 options to find spaces matching your dog's specific temperament and needs.

Will I encounter other dogs at College Place small dog parks?

Not a chance. College Place small dog parks operate on a strict one-booking-at-a-time system, so the space is entirely yours during your reserved slot. Host dogs are kept away, and there's a mandatory 30-minute buffer between bookings—meaning you won't cross paths with the previous or next guest. For College Place owners with reactive dogs, puppies, or any dog needing privacy, this makes all the difference in providing safe, stress-free exercise.

Are College Place small dog parks safe for fearful or anxious dogs?

Yes! College Place small dog parks provide controlled, predictable environments without the chaos of public dog parks. Since bookings are completely private with 30-minute buffers, anxious dogs can explore a space specifically sized and designed for small breeds under 25-30 pounds without overwhelming encounters. Many College Place dog owners specifically choose small dog parks for fearful dogs who need gentle, stress-free exercise environments.

Absolutely! College Place small dog parks are excellent for puppy socialization because they're private and controlled. Puppies can explore a space specifically sized and designed for small breeds under 25-30 pounds, practice recall, and build confidence without the overwhelming chaos that can create fear or reactivity in young dogs. Just ensure your puppy has age-appropriate vaccinations before visiting.

How do I choose the best small dog park in College Place?

Start by filtering College Place's 17 small dog parks for your specific needs: secure fencing for escape artists, "fewer dogs seen/heard" for reactive dogs, flat terrain for seniors, appropriate sizing for small dogs, or specific amenities for training. Look for "Top Spots" like College Place's Shavon's 3 Acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Kennewick with excellent reviews.Read feedback from other College Place owners with similar dog types to find your perfect match.

What are College Place's small dog park requirements?

All dogs must have basic vaccinations or titers. Each College Place host may have additional rules on their listing. Most small dog parks welcome all breeds, sizes, and temperament levels, including reactive dogs who can't safely visit public dog parks. Adult supervision is required at all times.
