Welcome! Just a couple important notes about our yard: We have a couple neighbor dogs that we have zero control over! Please do not book this spot if you, or your pup, wouldn’t do well with that. If you book during a time when it is dark outside, then it will be dark. We have some twinkle lights, but even those are not guaranteed. If we’re home, we will happily turn them on or off for you. Just message us! We have a fully fenced 0.25 acre for you and your pups to enjoy. Feel free to pull up in the driveway and park as close to the chain link gate with Sniffspot! sign (near basketball hoop) as possible. There are extra poop bags as well as a scooper and trash can. When it’s not being used for Sniffspot, the space is used by our kids, so please pick up after your pets! Please let me know if there’s anything I can do to help you enjoy this space. 😊🐶

Come spend some time with your dogs and enjoy safe and private doggy freedom. 9 acres apron fenced meadow (for smaller dogs or escape artists who can't jump a 4 foot fence,} 10 acres in deep woods with a large creek and 13 remaining acres in open meadow. Seasonal pond in the upper meadow. ALL 32 acres are fenced with triple barbed wire. Sorry! No water, chairs or poop bag trash cans on site. This is not a place that gets policed by anyone but you! Please help keep this site as pristine as you find it. If you pack it in please pack it out. Please park on the gravel rather than in the grass. The I-5 of the Pacific Northern railways runs right by my property. The trains are frequent and loud. Be aware if you have sound reactive dogs (or humans). So far, no one has told me their dog was scared. Thanks!

There are neighbors on the side with dogs that your pup may see arriving to the spot. Plenty of street parking in front of the house. Private side yard entrance to the right of the house by the garage. Extra waste bags are available in the old milk box next to the porch steps. Credits are given to good samaritans for helping with missed piles! Absolutely no digging is allowed. Please do not allow your dog to dig holes. Private areas: the house including the porch, and wrap around garden. Water is provided unless freezing temps are expected May-Sept PLEASE USE SPIGOT Next to House Chimney for water or NEXT TO HOSE BOX by fence. If not working properly, blue yard hydrant handle should always be open (up) in summer months. Park area is east of the driveway then the grass wraps around back of the house. Have a good time exploring and playing! We appreciate your business and love dogs. Please just encourage them to avoid the porch areas and flower/fruit gardens. Leave any open water line or hose running if found that way in summer months. Residents of the home may come and go during your reservation. This is a rare but possible occurrence.
