Enjoy a private, fully fenced 2-acre yard with plenty of scents from visiting wildlife. Horses and chickens will be joining us in Fall 2025. Important Notes * This is our personal home and an active farm (est. 1801), not a commercial dog park. I host for the joy of sharing our space and to help with the costs of maintaining the property. * Please be respectful and patient—we’ll extend the same kindness to you. 🚗 At times, we may need to arrive/leave through the front yard during your booking but we will never enter the fenced sniff spot. 🐶 Our own dogs may bark if you’re near the house or camper, but they shouldn’t be visible. 🌍 Property is pesticide-free and fertilizer-free. However, we spray for ticks in spring/summer and mow frequently to keep grass short. 🌧️ After heavy rain, a temporary pond may form in the back of the yard. Be prepared for mud! 🏠 Rain shelter available under the back lean-to off of the garage. Guest Rules * Limit: 2 humans per 1 dog. If you have more guests, please purchase the “Extra Guest” add-on when booking. * Please clean up after your visit. * Please arrive/exit the property on time during your scheduled booking.

10 acres on a farm with a stocked treated pond (if you see the gold fish take a picture!), dogs are allowed to swim, we are not liable for any injuries, if your dog breathes in the water, or does not know how to swim. Clean towels are provided in the pavilion. There’s 1 large life vest for dogs. We ask each time that you close the dock gate for safety reasons when done. If your dog has long nails please do not launch them off the dock as it will scratch the dock up. Off the rocks or beach is fine. The pavilion has seating, refrigerators and microwaves. Popsicles are in the freezer to the back right of the pavilion. At night the dock and pavilion lights up and the pavilion has electric outlets. Disco ball as well. To the right is our corn field and to the left is our garden. Our chickens stay in the coop to the left up the hill please don’t let the chickens out when the dogs are around. To the front of the property is where our cows, baby doll sheep, and goats are kept. They’re available for viewing and petting, do not give them treats. Hand sanitizer is provided. Please pick up after your dogs if they use the bathroom and dispose of it in the provided trash cans or dumpster. Doggy bags are provided. Swing set near the beach is useable as well. Great area to take your pups ! There is no fence but as long as the listen decent they have all the room in the world to run . Because of its size I will try to host more than one dog at a time . There is a lake to swim and almost fully wooded. Thanks again for taking the time .

PRIVATE FULLY FENCED BACKYARD: Our 6 foot privacy fence offers a secluded place for you and your pup(s) to enjoy time training, doing enriching activities, or just play without the worry of other people or dogs. Our home offers a private entrance, off-the-street parking, a deck, and seating! For Your Pup(s): Your dog(s) can enjoy time playing with dog toys, playing in the dog pool, running through the hose, or chasing the bouncy ball. Fresh water, heat-resistant bowls, and poop bags are available for your use. A hose spout is also located in the backyard. Our backyard offers a safe space for reactive dogs to exist and play without the worry of other people or dogs in their space! Available at Request: The hose can be attached to the spout for use during your time. We have multiple first aid kits should you need them.

Spacious yard to run and play. You can park on left side of driveway or in the street. Enter thru the gate on the side of the house on the side street. Sheds and fire pit are off limits but patio is fair game. If the hammock is out, feel free to kick back. Sit and relax while your dog/s plays. Please clean up after your pet in the designated can. We have one full acre fully fenced with 4' high goat/sheep woven wire fencing. About 1/3 of it is open grassy field and the other 2/3 is nice shady woods. We in the process of over seeding the field to make the grass more lush this spring. We have added a few surprises down in the woods to make it more fun for our guests and their fur babies. There is an open lean-to where there are dog toys like frisbees and balls availble. There is also be a cute backdrop as a photo op for the dogs.

Private piece of nature for your fur friends, ready to explore and get real! The Property is shaped as a rectangle, so it's wide, but the way to the water is short. It's a very short trail down to the pond starting to the right of the house, about 5 minutes, and you can also explore around the property, there's a small creek to the left of the house that connects to the pond, tho it only gets wet while/right after it rains- It's a great place for your dog to explore nature. Could get muddy after the rain, so give it 5-8 hours to dry. Pond gets really full and exciting after the rain, tho, and you'll usually find mushrooms too! If you plan on splashing in the pond - your dog will get muddy! Bring your own towel, I got the hose.
