I-40 Travelers Oasis

Fully Fenced
5 acres

20 minutes from Dickson! Right off exit 152 Bucksnort! We have 54 acres of land. I would say close to a full acre is fenced. However if you want open trails to walk your furbabies on leads (or off lead with trusted recall!) we have that available as well. All pup/human amenities will be available in the little building (inside fence perimeter) there will always be prior set up according to your needs! If you are wanting open trails there will be a cooler full of ice and drinks for you and your pup out on the trail prior to your arrival. If you want the kiddie pools, I will set them up for you prior to arrival. Want me to throw decoys for your duck dog? I’ll be a stand in! This is all about what you and your pup want to do! Feel free to contact me for any questions you may have. Can’t wait to host you and your furbabies!

Frequently asked questions about Cunningham dog hiking trails

Why are private dog hiking trails better than public dog parks in Cunningham?

Private dog hiking trails in Cunningham eliminate major public park risks: unpredictable dog encounters that scare puppies, aggressive dogs that trigger reactive behavior, chaotic crowds that overwhelm seniors or small dogs, and disease transmission from dozens of unknown dogs. Cunningham's 7 private dog hiking trails offer complete privacy, professionally maintained cleanliness, and controlled environments. Whether you have a fearful puppy, a reactive adult, a fragile senior, or simply want peace of mind, private bookings give you control.

How safe are Cunningham dog hiking trails compared to public dog parks?

Cunningham dog hiking trails are significantly safer than public facilities. Public dog parks risk: aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission, overcrowding that triggers reactive behaviors or injuries. Private Cunningham dog hiking trails eliminate these concerns—bookings are completely private, all guests have vaccinated dogs (or titers), and hosts maintain clean spaces. 93% of Sniffspot reviews are 5 stars.

Are Cunningham dog hiking trails safe for reactive dogs?

Cunningham owners of reactive dogs choose dog hiking trails because they offer safe, private environments for off-leash exercise without the triggers of public dog parks. Complete privacy means no unexpected dog encounters, no overwhelming chaos, no aggressive dogs. Reactive dogs can finally enjoy natural exploration and varied terrain while building confidence in a controlled setting. Many Cunningham reactive dog owners say Sniffspot is their only safe exercise option.

Can anxious dogs safely use Cunningham dog hiking trails?

Yes! Cunningham dog hiking trails provide controlled environments perfect for anxious or fearful dogs. No other dogs means no triggers, no overwhelming situations. Anxious dogs can explore a natural outdoor path where dogs can explore varied terrain off-leash in a safe, private environment at their own pace without stress. Many Cunningham dog hiking trails offer quiet, spacious settings ideal for building confidence in nervous dogs who struggle at chaotic public dog parks.

Are Cunningham dog hiking trails good for small dogs?

Absolutely! Small dogs benefit enormously from Cunningham dog hiking trails because they can explore without fear of being trampled or intimidated by larger breeds. Many small dog owners in Cunningham avoid public parks entirely due to safety concerns—dog hiking trails eliminate that worry. Filter for appropriate sizing, secure fencing with no gaps, and hosts who understand petite pup needs.

Do Cunningham dog hiking trails work for senior dogs?

Yes! Senior dogs thrive at Cunningham dog hiking trails because they can move at their own pace without being knocked over by rambunctious puppies or young dogs. Look for Cunningham dog hiking trails with flat terrain, easy access, shade, and smaller sizes if your senior has mobility limitations. The privacy means your older dog can rest when needed and enjoy gentle exercise without stress.

What do Cunningham dog owners say about dog hiking trails?

Reviews of Cunningham dog hiking trails consistently highlight: excellent privacy for all dog types, secure fencing that prevented escapes, clean and well-maintained spaces, responsive hosts, and safe environments for anxious, fearful, reactive, senior, and small dogs. Local favorite 34 Secluded Acres, Waterfront Access, Hiking Trails, 1 mile Greenway is particularly praised in Cunningham. Read reviews to see real experiences from Cunningham dog owners with similar needs.
