When you book our Sniffspot, you’re really booking the whole 20 acres to yourself so your dog can have the pleasure of running, exploring & adventuring off leash without worry of running into other humans or other dogs. Welcome to our little Adventure Park for Dogs! We are 100% run by my kids and I :). Please don't hesitate to reach out! As you arrive, you will park alongside our quiet street on graded dirt that may be slightly uneven in certain areas. You are visiting a residential home. You'll enter the property using the smaller, side gate and walk your pet(s) on a leash along the driveway for about 100 yards (past the deck). You reach a small, white gate to the right. Once you pass through this gate and it is properly latched behind you, you may unleash your pet. There are steps down to the play space. **Most of the land your pet will play on is uneven** **Land is green from first rain until summer, brown during summer until first rain** **We are fellow dog lovers! During your visit, our dogs will be enclosed uphill and away about 60 feet from the main play space, with two layers of vegetation and fences in between. Their enclosure is located on the far side of the home behind a different fence that cuts off the NW corner of the yard (see photos). The SniffSpot area DOES NOT share a fence with our dogs. You may hear a random bark from them, but that's it. Other details: The rental area is to the right of the driveway and is fenced in by a 3ft fence along two sides, and a 4ft chain link fence on the other two sides. The area is about 3/4 acre. It includes plenty of room for your pup to run, jump and play! There are small hills, trees, and huge boulders. Natural lighting only. Under the second deck there are hammock swings guests may use. Please, no pets on swings. Visitors may also utilize the deck closest to the house, but pets must be leashed on the deck, as it overlooks the play space and is not part of the fenced area. We may or may not be home. We do not typically interact with visitors to maximize your privacy, but would love to meet you if requested! We welcome pups & their humans to our fully fenced & private pup oasis where both shade & sunshine are plentiful! Lots of room to run & play, throw balls or catch a frisbee! Let your pup stretch out while you relax and unwind under the shade of several umbrellas or on a cozy couch under the patio cover. Amenities include a patio, sink to wash up, elevated dog bed, water for pups & humans, tables & chairs, waste station, and a serene yard relax or play until your heart’s content! There is a pup box with toys, treats, towels & basic dog first aide. Humans have hand sanitizer, insect repellent, sunscreen, water & towels. Why not bring a picnic basket and enjoy a meal while the pups run around. At night, we have lights to light up the yard for evening playtime as well! Extend your experience with add ons of use of fireplace, puppy splash pool, or puppy ball pit! We’d love to welcome you and make this a fun and safe place for you & your pup to enjoy & return to!

Misty the mastiff and Tula the pittie would love for you to come play in their yard. They can’t wait to “smell” about your visit after you leave🐶 there are toys, play pool and agility items to choose from on your visit or just enjoy running around like crazy!

Fully- fenced (41-1/2 inches high) front yard open space with orange trees and garden surrounding. Agility equipment is always available. Our pools, large and small can be booked as extras at the time of your reservation. Children’s toys happily provided upon request. Homemade human and doggie treats are available most of the time. 🙂 🐾🐾 We do have nighttime lighting and will open a late evening reservation for you upon request. Outward Hound Level One available as an experience during your stay and can be booked as an extra. Doggie Painting (let your pup’s inner Picasso come out!) is also available and can be booked as an extra. Birthday props available to borrow and listed under “extras”.

We are a working dog breed & mutts Rescue & Sanctuary. We rehabilitate and domesticate our rescues for furever home adoption within our community! And fundraise our rescue program by providing dog services, such as private playground rentals, boutique non-toxic dog grooming & spaw experiences. Host and produce puppy birthday parties & celebrations. We also have an al fresco self-grooming station available for bookings. We’re also an artisanal soapery that handcrafts all-natural soap and care goods for hoomans and dogs. Shop online and pick up in person. Appointments only! All proceeds suppawt the rescues on the ranch.

Hello! My name is Rachelle and I was a Vet Tech for well over a decade. Since my years working in the hospitals, I've continued to work closely with animals and have two dogs of my own. I bought my house about 2 years ago strictly for them! There's about 1,500 ft of fully pet safe AstroTurf installed surrounded by a 6 ft wall in the back and for foot wall in the front. There's no chance of escape and they can run freely and comfortably! There is a dog canopy, dog ramp with hideaway hole, dog futon, fire hydrant, dog bags, small trash bin for cleanup, floating dog water bowls, and dozens of toys!

Large, animal friendly environment with double fenced security, off street parking, and amenities. I am a professional animal care giver and this is a great yard to explore, sniff, & play. Accessible, easy to find, and private. To access, there is one enclosed courtyard before entering the back yard which is fenced in and accessed by a gate. There is an avocado tree that will have ready to pick fruit in early 2023. There is a hose, ample water bowls, a kiddie pool for splashing, and some basic toys and treats provided. I always ensure there is waste bags available and garbage cans accessible. Have fun, be respectful, and come play!
