Pepper is a friendly 5 year old female black lab, who loves play dates, if you & your dog are interested! Unless specified, Pepper will remain in the house, so you have complete privacy. Plenty of toys for the dogs and seating for the humans! There is a dog bowl with fresh water upon your arrival as well as doggie bags and trash for disposal. Welcome to our Sniffspot area in Sturbridge (Fiskdale) MA. We are excited to provide an off leash play space for your furry bestie. **Winter alert: Other than a path from the driveway, the Sniffspot area is not shoveled and can be VERY icy and/or snow covered!! Conveniently located close to the Massachusetts Turnpike and Rte 84. The Sniffspot area is in a quiet residential, wooded area. There is a sportsman's club a ways down the road, and if there is an event, occasionally, the range can be audible. Most dogs have been completely unbothered by it. Last minute reservations are ok, but please understand, with minimal notice, we may not have the opportunity to completely refresh the play space. Please utilize the message option for questions and updates.

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. If you bring kids, we have a small playhouse on the patio with some toys inside, along with two slides in the middle of the yard. Just ask for the WiFi password! Old Mystic K-9 Adventure Park

This is a fully fenced (5' fencing) K-9 Agility park. There are a large variety of jumps, tunnel, weave poles, teeter, and Pause Table on premise. We have outdoor solar spotlights for after daylight hours use. With temperatures dropping into the 20's at night now, we have removed the hose station until Spring when it becomes warmer again. Please remember to bring water for your pups!! 💧💧💧💧 Poop bags, dog treats and tennis balls are provided. Off street parking on grass, parallel to the front fence. Bottled water, people snacks, hand warmers, chairs and table provided for humans. Dog treats, clean tennis balls, and extra poop bags in Rubbermaid bin under the table. We have enough parking for 3 vehicles along the front fence. Please keep vehicles down to 3 max. Thank you!!

Groverland

Please note - the pool is closed for the winter! We will open it back up when the weather gets friendlier! Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in. We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. Use of the pool is an add on, so please be sure to mark that when you make your reservations. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. Spacious, fully fenced private backyard with plenty of room for dogs to run, sniff, and explore safely. The yard is mostly open dirt space rather than grass, but it offers lots of room for zoomies, fetch, training, and off-leash play. Quiet, private setting that’s great for dogs who need space to burn energy or prefer a calm alternative to busy dog parks.

This fenced in area is housed within an animal sanctuary. The area is across a field from barn animals and resident dogs will be inside the house. There are 3 barn cats, but they do not go near the fenced in area. Parking is available next to the fenced area and the gate is open to walk into the fenced in area.

There is a hose with water available upon request for dog bathing - (bring your own shampoo and towel). There will be poo bags, a pooper scooper and trash bucket available for cleanup after your pup(s) has done their business. Bug spray available upon request. Please note, two dogs reside inside the home. You should not see them, may hear them bark at times.
