Twenty five acres to run and play! The cattle is very friendly. They typically hang to themselves.

Large backyard with a barn, water sprinkler, plenty of space to run and a swing for the kiddos. Plenty of trees and sniff spots: ) Back porch is covered and has a couple old chairs, and one electrical outlet if needed. We do have a fire pit I'd love to offer when our burn ban is no longer active.

Guests will have access to our full fenced back yard for the allotted time. We do have gots, chickens, and rabbits we will ensure are put away during your visit, as well as our own dogs. Room to play some ball or frisbee, we also have some small agility obstacles you are welcome to use as you wish. Also a kiddie pool, our covered back porch, and patio chairs. Please excuse the brush pile and an upgrades you feel are necessary as this is a rental property so those standards are not up to us at this time. Not suitable for dogs under about 10lbs simply due to the size fencing holes.

Welcome!! 2.5 fully fenced partly shaded acres. 6' sturdy livestock fencing with 4"x4" spacing. Very tiny dogs could possibly fit through. 22' round above ground pool with a carpeted ramp up to pool and a doggy floating platform in pool. Also, a 6' diameter baby pool under a shaded carport. Over 100 mesquite trees on property, so there are some small branches on the ground. There are also a few areas of spiny cactus (contained in 4 separate small "beds"), but still possible for a dog to come in contact with. I have dogs of my own and this has never been a problem.

Tons of trees and open space to run and explore. Occasionally some wildlife such as squirrels, armadillos, turtles, etc. Two tanks depending on rain levels and season. Cats and chickens roam property as well.
