Our dog loved the pool, there were water bowls and toys available, a shaded area, and the green area is HUGE, with tons of space to run around, and it is very peaceful! 55Really tidy spot with well kept grass which I appreciate very much! There was a cat that kept wandering near my boys (clearly out of curiosity) and they did chase it a few times. I used your sniffspot app for the first time last week. I needed an enclosed yard that was neutral to both dogs, that was safe to introduce my dog to a dog friend. A dog park was not what I wanted. This was the perfect experience. I thank the family for allowing us to use their yard for the hour. Thank you for the water dishes you provided for the dogs.

This was a Sniffspot favorite for us. The place is huge and clean, with multiple fields for you to choose from. For people with anxious dogs, there were a few adorable cats when we first pulled up.

It was nice and big (we went to Field 1) and lots for him to sniff and explore. This was my first time using SniffSpot and it was a fantastic experience! This location was just perfect for Buster. He got to run and play. It was nice and big (we went to Field 1) and lots for him to sniff and explore. Buster is able to hop fences so I was very relieved the perimeter fence here was high enough and secure so I didn’t have to worry about Buster getting out. All around great experience!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
Are dog parks safe?
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 98% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Katy area are 5 stars.
How do I know if a dog park works for my dog?
