Our 100 acre farm has been in the family for over 30 years. We have put a lot of time and effort into the property. And we would love to share it with you and your fur family to. The trails are all very well maintained. You will likely see birds, deer and plenty of wildlife throughout the trials. We hope to see you out and about enjoying it just as much as we do with all of our animals. ****Notes**** Happy WINTER❄️☃️Please keep the weather in mind. All of our trails are in the woods. We try our best to drive the trails and keep them open as much as we can snow permitting 💪❄️ We HIGHLY recommend if the wind is Above 15 mph to reschedule. Don’t forget bring those Boots. 🥾 All of our trails are usually dry. But if you do come after it snows or rains it could be a little muddy. There could also be some sticks on the trails if it happens to be super windy the day before and we can’t always get them cleaned up right away-we do apologize in advance 😊💪 One other thing: if it's snow, we don't put the water buckets out because we don't want them to freeze. Hello! We are recent transplants to Jackson and already love it here. We are also new to sniffspot but love animals and would to have you let yours run free on our property. We have 5 acres open for you and your pet to experience. We have also recently cut a trail through our field and forest that makes for a nice hike with a medium amount of strenuousness. 3 laps is about a mile. You are welcome to go almost anywhere on the property. The tree line is a good guide as far as how wide the property extends. Parking: You can park anywhere in front of the garage or if comfortable, drive past the garage and park in the field (see pictures). If you need to pull onto the grass to turn around that is fine. The Barn: For safety reasons, please stay out of the barn. There are open steps in the barn and don’t want anyone hurt. Thank you. We do have some neighbor dogs that bark quite a bit but once you go past the garage, they will stop. Our house comes up quickly, so check the pictures for a picture of the front of our house.

We do have a natural, untreated pond and shallow creek on property. Our property We love all dogs, but please only allow, well mannered, well trained, recall ready dogs off leash.
