55Pond is a big mud puddle, but we expected that. Aspens were gorgeous. Dogs always have a great time. No poop bags, but we always have back-ups. Karen J.

55We came here to watch the sunset with the best old man labby before he crosses the rainbow bridge tomorrow - and we couldn’t have asked for a better spot ❤️. We will definitely be back with our younger two doggos to explore such a beautiful place. Emily M.

55Our dog had a blast playing fetch and in the water! As stated in the listing it does dry up quite a bit in the summer but it was the perfect depth and size for our dog to try to swim for the first time without getting overwhelmed like she does at big lakes or river spots!
We also appreciated the chuck it sticks so we can throw the ball farther that’s a very nice touch!!
This was absolutely perfect for what we needed and hope to be back soon. kyrah s.

55My dog and I both loved exploring this spot! We visited in the late afternoon and while it was a hot day, we appreciated all the shady spots to stay cool (not to mention the dog getting plenty of swim time in!) We'll definitely be back!Kathy F.

55My dog loved it. It was easy to find and has a designated parking area. There are some clearly marked trails/roads down to the pond. My dog had a great time galloping through the trees and splashing around in the water.Chelsea B.

55We always enjoy our walk here. The wetland still has a large pond. Oso knows where toys are located at dog parks and likes to pick his favorite. The green one has been it for several visits but it was pretty raggedy. In his excitement at the pond he dropped it and it promptly sunk. I was a little worried about stickers with all the dry grass but came home unscathed. Karen J.

55It was a beautiful drive out there. Location was well marked and easy to find. We made it about 100 yards into the sniff spot and came across a beautiful moose. We respected each other and gave her lots of space and she just kept living her life. Trail was easy to follow and my dogs loved the pond. Beautiful location will be back Tara C.

55This place was huge! Bring a big water bottle for yourself and your dog cause you aren't going to want to trek back to the trailhead when your dog gets thirsty. I also recommend big spray for you and all the other prep work you would do for the woods great spot will see me again.Tian S.

55This location was wonderful- very outdoorsy and just as described. Süße had a great time running around with zero restraints and hearing the birds. This area makes for a great training space if you do take your pup in the woods or mountains. Angeliqua X.

55My husband and I brought our dogs and were so happy to see the dogs having so much fun. Our husky loved the wide open space to run crazy and even took a dip in the pond. The only regret I have is not book 2 hours instead of just 1! Aloma S.

55first time our great dane thoroughly started enjoying water!! she literally ran into the freezing cold pond. it was a little muddy (definitely needed four wheel drive to climb up the hill), but we all had so much fun. 1.5 hour was the perfect amount of time we needed to explore the majority of ray’s beautiful property. Frequently asked questions about Edwall dog water parks
What do private dog water parks in Edwall offer that public parks don't?
Private dog water parks in Edwall offer complete privacy (no other dogs), specialized environments for swimming and water play, professionally maintained cleanliness, flexible 24/7 scheduling, and safe spaces for all temperaments—puppies, seniors, small dogs, reactive dogs, or any pup needing accommodations. Public dog parks in Edwall can't guarantee any of this. With 8 options, you get predictable, controlled environments perfect for your dog's specific needs.
Can I find fully fenced private dog parks in Edwall?
Yes! Most of Edwall's 8 private dog parks are fully fenced. Use the "fully fenced" filter to find secure enclosures with detailed specs: height (4ft, 6ft, 8ft+), material (wood, chain-link, vinyl), and gap information. This is crucial for escape artists, puppies learning boundaries, reactive dogs needing contained space, or small dogs who might squeeze through. Edwall listings include fencing photos so you can verify security.
When can puppies start visiting dog water parks in Edwall?
Puppies can visit Edwall dog water parks as early as 8-10 weeks with initial vaccinations, much earlier than the 16+ weeks needed for public park safety. This early, controlled socialization prevents fear and reactivity issues later. Plus, puppies can explore swimming and water play without being overwhelmed or learning bad behaviors from poorly socialized adult dogs. Many Edwall trainers specifically use dog water parks for puppy development.
How do I find private dog water parks near me in Edwall?
Browse Edwall's 8 dog water parks on Sniffspot by entering your neighborhood or zip code. Filter by distance, then narrow by features: fully fenced, "fewer dogs seen/heard," specific amenities, terrain type, or size. Each Edwall listing shows photos, reviews, exact location, and instant availability. Local favorite Ray's Private Dog Park In Edwall is particularly popular among Edwall dog owners.
Can I rent dog water parks in Edwall by the hour?
Yes! All 8 dog water parks in Edwall are available for hourly rental. Most bookings are 1-2 hours, though you can reserve longer for training or events. Book instantly through Sniffspot, arrive during your time slot, and have complete privacy. Many Edwall dog owners rent weekly for consistent, safe exercise.
What's the difference between Sniffspot dog water parks and public dog parks in Edwall?
The biggest difference is privacy and control. Public dog parks in Edwall mean sharing space with unknown dogs and owners. That means you can't control who shows up or how they behave. Sniffspot's 8 Edwall dog water parks give you private bookings where only your dogs are present. You choose the time, the space, and the environment. Plus, your pup enjoys swimming and water play and maintained cleanliness that public parks can't guarantee.
Are there indoor dog water parks in Edwall?
Yes! Edwall has climate-controlled indoor dog water parks perfect for extreme weather, rainy days, or year-round exercise. Indoor Edwall locations typically feature protective flooring, controlled temperatures, and enclosed environments. They're especially popular for puppy training, senior dogs, reactive dogs, or anyone wanting consistent access regardless of Edwall weather. Filter by "indoor" to see options.
How do Edwall dog water parks help with dog training?
Edwall trainers love dog water parks because privacy eliminates distractions. Work on recall, practice water confidence building, dock diving practice, or swimming-based fitness training, reinforce obedience, socialize puppies, or address reactivity without interruptions. For reactive dogs, train without trigger-stacking. For puppies, practice skills in controlled increments. For any dog, get focused training time in an environment specifically designed for swimming and water play.
