The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! In the summer, though, the creek dries up until the fall rains come. You can always message us to find out if there is water in the creek before your visit. There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂

No aggressive dogs no aggressive breeds no exceptions. I am home 24 seven and able to ensure your dogs have fresh water always I changed my cats water three -four times a day. Happy to feed your dog on your schedule bring the dog food and your dog or doggies as mentioned. This is one family at a time. I will not allow dogs from separate households to be in the yard unattended to and be liable for fights or injured animals. Renter of yard and owner of dogs are responsible For any damages. Your dogs may do other than digging. Owner is liable for dog safety if dog jumps the fence, we are not liable. We are host only and your dog’s health and safety is your responsibility. We will definitely try that first we will give you 48 hours but we will not be able to keep your dog in our home or yard. If you abandoned your animal if you plan to do that, please please do not put us in that position if that would be very upsetting.
