A perfect way for your pet (and you or the kids) to beat the heat with your pup! Our play and roam area measures ~33’ x 45’ (around 1,500 sq. ft.). While any size pet is welcome to come enjoy the space, it is a cozy, intimate yard—perfect for small-to-medium dogs to run, or larger dogs who prefer sniffing (and splashing) over long-distance sprinting. About half of the yard is beautifully shaded by mature trees, offering the perfect mix of exploration and cool relaxation. The Ultimate "Sniff Safari" (Sensory Experience) Because of our unique location on the hill above the creek, our yard is a hotspot for fascinating wildlife trails. The air and grass are rich with authentic, high-value scents from local overnight visitors, including raccoons, skunks, possums, and even the occasional coyote or bobcat. Your dog's nose will be working overtime in this 1,500 sq. ft. sniffing haven! A Note on Nature: Because we are adjacent to a natural creek habitat, non poisonous snakes have been spotted a few times over the last 10+ years so please keep a mindful eye on your pup as you would in any natural setting.
