**Spot fee includes pool access for dog(s) and 1 HUMAN ONLY. If more than 1 human intends to access the pool, there is an additional charge. POOL ACCESS LIMITED TO 2 HOURS MAX. Children under 18 are always prohibited. Please see 'Extras' for more details.** This is a seasonal spot available from April - October. Spot is closed November - March. Bring your pups to enjoy our 1/2 acre fully fenced yard with short cut maintained grass, sparkling salt water swimming pool, covered seating area with ceiling fan, and fully stocked outdoor drink fridge, where you and rover can comfortably play, swim, and relax. Poop bags, hand sanitizer, and dog toys are available at no extra charge. We offer a 6 foot board on board privacy fence on the sides of our property between neighboring lots, and a 6 foot wrought iron fence along the back and front so you and your pup can take in the amazing scenic view. (Gaps in wrought iron fence are 3 7/8"; please take this into consideration if you have a teacup/small dog and/or reactive dog). Off-street parking is available, along with a private entry so you can come and go as necessary. **NO MORE THAN 3 HUMANS MAY ATTEND RESERVATION**

Welcome to our Sniff Spot! Our spacious yard is a canine paradise, offering plenty of room for dogs to roam, play, and explore to their heart's content. With lush green grass, shaded areas for relaxation, and safe fencing all around, it's the ideal setting for pups to stretch their legs and socialize with other furry friends. Whether they're chasing balls, sniffing out new scents, or just basking in the sun, our yard provides the perfect backdrop for tail-wagging fun. Come unleash the joy in our dog-friendly oasis! My yard is your yard….all I ask is you respect it is as such. Depending on the season depends on the amenities provided(kiddie pool, sprinkler) There will always be somewhere to sit back while your pup enjoys his time in the yard. We provide poop bags, full water bowls, milk bones, toys(tennis balls, frisbees and ropes), and towels as needed.

Please BYOB (bring your own bag) and discard poop off property.

This is a well cared for space in the heart of Plano. With funky accents and plenty of shade and seating, we hope you and your furry babies will feel at home during your time here. Enjoy this fully fenced private yard with turf - no more muddy paws! If your dogs can’t swim, please keep them out of the pool. If they can, they’re more than welcome to jump in! Max 2 humans per dog and max 6 dogs and 6 humans are allowed in the spot. More may be allowed on a case-by-case basis and will be charged as extras. Host will generally not greet guests. Our yard shares a fence with our neighbor, who has 2 dogs. Guest will likely hear the neighbor’s dogs if they’re outside but will never be able to interact. Pool disclaimer: Humans are allowed in the pool to play with/support your dogs. ONE support person PER dog. All pool activities must be dedicated to your dogs. Meaning, human pool parties/gatherings are not allowed, even if dogs are present.
