Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Partially Fenced
58 acres

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Please feel free to text with any questions. Thank you!

35 Acres to Explore in Peyton – Great for Off-Leash Dogs, Gundog Training & Pond Fun

Unfenced
35 acres

Welcome to our private, open-acre dog park in Peyton! This quiet, rural space offers lots of room for your dog to explore, sniff, and run freely. The area is fenced on the north, south, and west sides with T-post and barbed wire, but the east side is open, so this spot is best for dogs with good recall or under close supervision. This is also a great property for training gundogs or bird dogs. With wide open space, varied terrain, and natural distractions, it's perfect for practicing recall, obedience, and fieldwork-style training. Please note: 🐾 There are natural hazards such as cactus, prairie dog holes, red anthills, and prickly brush—please supervise your pup carefully. 🐴 Horses can sometimes be seen on the neighboring property to the north. 🐶 Our personal dog may be outside in the fenced area near the house but won’t be accessible to your dog. 🚫 No people should be visible or around during your visit. 🚗 Park on the north or south side of the brown house when you arrive via the dirt easement road off Judge Orr. This is a peaceful place to let your dog enjoy nature—just be mindful of the environment and boundaries (please don’t cross the pond on the east side).

Frequently asked questions about Franktown dog water parks

What amenities do Franktown dog water parks typically include?

Franktown dog water parks feature amenities designed for swimming and water play: river, stream or creek, lake or pond, beach, swimming pool, secure fencing options, water stations, waste disposal, and often extras like toys, shade structures, or parking. Unlike public parks with generic setups, Franktown hosts customize their spaces. Browse 19 listings to compare—from bare essentials to luxury amenities perfect for your dog's needs.

Can I find dog water parks in Franktown with water access?

Many Franktown dog water parks include water features! Filter by amenities to find swimming pools, natural ponds, or water play areas. Water is perfect for hot Franktown days, water-loving breeds, or low-impact exercise for seniors and disabled dogs. Each listing specifies water type, depth, and safety features. Some Franktown hosts provide life vests or shallow options for nervous swimmers.

How clean are private dog water parks in Franktown compared to public parks?

Significantly cleaner. Public dog parks in Franktown see dozens of dogs daily with sporadic city maintenance. Private dog water parks have dedicated hosts who maintain their own spaces—cleanliness directly affects their reviews and bookings. Many Franktown hosts provide fresh poop bags, sanitized water stations, and regular grounds cleaning. With only one booking at a time, waste accumulation is minimal.

Can I book Franktown dog water parks on short notice?

Usually yes! Many Franktown dog water parks offer same-day or next-day availability with instant booking. Unlike public parks that might be crowded unpredictably, Franktown private dog water parks let you reserve exactly when needed: early morning before work, midday breaks, evening exercise. Real-time availability shows on each listing—perfect for last-minute training or when routines get disrupted.

What's the best time to visit dog water parks in Franktown?

Any time works since bookings are private! Unlike public dog parks in Franktown that are crowded during peak hours (mornings, evenings, weekends), you don't worry about timing. Book when it fits YOUR schedule—midday when it's quiet, dawn for cool weather, late evening for convenience. Many Franktown dog water parks have lighting for after-dark visits. This flexibility is perfect for shift workers or dogs with special needs.

Do Franktown dog water parks allow multiple dogs?

Yes! Most Franktown dog water parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings), but generally you can bring your whole pack. This is perfect for multi-dog households in Franktown where some dogs are selective—they can play together privately without outside interference. Great for sibling bonding or families with mixed ages/temperaments.

Can I use Franktown dog water parks for special events?

Many Franktown dog water parks welcome doggy birthday parties, training workshops, breed meetups, or group playdates. Private bookings mean your event won't be interrupted. Coordinate with Franktown hosts about capacity, amenities (parking, shade, water), and any restrictions. Some even provide party extras. Check individual Franktown dog water park listings for event policies.

How do Franktown dog water parks accommodate dogs with special needs?

Franktown dog water parks are excellent for special needs dogs because you can filter for specific requirements: flat terrain for mobility issues, secure fencing for blind/deaf dogs, quiet locations for anxious dogs, small spaces for seniors, or maximum privacy for reactive dogs. Read reviews from other Franktown special-needs dog owners, and contact hosts with questions. The private setting means you can adapt the experience to your dog's unique requirements.
