Pull in and park in the gravel to the right, and you can walk down the cleared tree line to our private trail toward the back of the property. Head up the knoll, and we have a cleared ATV trail on your left leading toward the creek, with plenty of natural space to explore along the way. Let your pup take their time sniffing every tree, wandering through the property, and enjoying all the sights and smells that come with country life. The trail becomes completely wooded so on a hot day, the temperature will drop making it a very enjoyable hike for you and your furry friend! No need to worry about muddy paws or your dog getting a little dirty — this is their adventure! 🐾 You may hear a dog barking in the distance, see birds flying overhead, or catch the occasional sounds of country life, but for the most part, you’ll enjoy peace, privacy, and pure country serenity. **The pool is open for the season!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Family members are welcome to swim with the dogs. Pool temp kept around 80-82. Warmer when it gets cold out. Message me if it’s within 24 hours and I may be able to accommodate but my settings block out the reservations within 24 hours.

Bring your water loving pups up for a swim! With a 3 acre pond and 3 acres of open space, you’ve got plenty of room for swimming, nose work, ball, or just a good run. Surrounded by woods, this private property is set about a half mile off the road in view of Glassy Mountain. Get some one-on-one time with your very best friend and enjoy the serenity of nature.  Please stay off of the docks until we had a chance to repair them.  You might see the caretaker in passing. He does his best to stay out of your way, but he works out of the barn adjacent to the Sniffspot and may be going back-and-forth, or may be in the barn with the overhead door wide open. His name is Shane and he's a really nice guy, absolutely loves dogs.

This site may be muddy after a rain. This is a large private field that is tucked just a short distance from downtown Hendersonville one block from the Hendersonville Community Co-op and not far from Flat Rock! This spot Less than 10 minutes from Exit 53 on I-26! Making it the perfect place to stretch your legs before traveling on! It has everything you need: - Flat- though the ground is uneven - Drive in access so you can park inside the 12" gate into the fenced area with your pets! - A custom built gazebo for shelter from the sun and rain - No drive by traffic - No people walking by - Full view of your pet while they run and play! - Games for people and dogs are already onsite! - Please remember to bring water for you and your pets. Please No Digging! Fence is a visible barrier and made of a wire and plastic mesh. There may be holes if chewed on, I am passionate about helping dogs and this is my fourth Sniffspot and I will do all I can to make this one just as enjoyable for the responsible pet owners closer to Henderson County!
