You can easily pull right up to the gate that is located between the two houses. There is toys/ water bowls/ and kiddie pool provided. Feel free to fill up the pool. A truly beautiful spot! just the right size to keep an eye on your dogs while they run themselves tired. It was a half acre sandy soil riding arena now converted. We’ve planted 3 weeping willow trees and they will grow quickly to provide even more shade to the grassy area. But rest assured, there is tons of shade and trees all about the doggie park and the rest of the property and along with all the trees comes the birds, so constant singing and tweeting…. It’s quite serene. 2/3 (the center of the park) is irrigated grass… we have a large scratching post and sprinklers And or a pool available for hot days. See extras some days you might luck out because if someone else pays to fill the pool, we won’t immediately drain it for a couple days unless someone else purchases the freshwater. So you may have a slightly used pool to use at no charge.. And if you do pay the $11 to fill it fresh.. you feel good that maybe someone else and there doggies will get to enjoy it beyond your use. —- A paw it forward gesture We have a dig site now, featuring both fresh sand and separately a clean dirt mound. We find half of the dogs prefer the sand and the other half prefer the fresh dirt mound. We also have a dry rock River bed featuring a few scarlet sage plants (non toxic aspca) and many of the dogs like to sniff around there and walk over the smooth rocks. We use the perimeter of the park like a walking track to get in our steps, you are welcome to do the same. There are several seating options, very comfortable chairs spaced in a couple areas or even a couple pool style recliners. We have some things that you may want or need to use from time to time such as insect repellent, sunscreen spray, first aid kit, etc There are 2 indestructible tables in the area if you need a place to set your coffee or would like to get some work done We have some Wi-Fi service available via Starlink and seem to maintain speeds around 15-25mbps, which is not so bad for our rural setting. We are actually just a very short distance from Ripon, Manteca and Tracy (off Kasson Rd and Airport) about 7 or 8 minutes into the country from the Bass Pro Shop in Manteca. only about 20 minutes from Modesto via Ripon and Ripon Road / Jack Tone We will continuously improve the park and maintain and upgrade as use allows. *** Our most recent additions include a restroom within the park perimeter and we now offer self-service snacks and drinks via Venmo, PayPal or Cash. 100% of the snack purchase Donations go directly to the PAW it Forward Sanctuary, NON Profit 501c3 Rescue. Country Serenity Private Dog Park In Woodland

Country Serenity is a 1/2 acre fully fenced non-irrigated pasture which is on our 20 acre farm. The spot is partially covered with medium bark to keep down the weeds and native grass. FYI - the spring biting gnats have appeared. Recommend using bug repellent and wearing clothing and shoes to minimize exposure. Morning times are typically better- they like heat. Given our rural location, foxtails, stickers and other nuisance weeds do exist, especially along the fence lines, as we do not use herbicides. Please come prepared for these conditions and gauge your risk tolerance for your pet. Risks may include foxtails, stickers, ticks, mosquitos, gnats, flies, uneven ground, mud. Hours of operation are generally 7:30 am-7:30 pm, but no lighting is provided so hours fluctuate with the dawn and dusk. Adjacent to the dog park is a barn with 2 friendly dwarf goats and some chickens. Enjoy the views of our olive orchard, a seasonal pond and 360 degree panorama of beautiful farmland right from the park. Please be aware that this is a working farm in an agricultural area so you may see and hear farm equipment and crop dusters in the vicinity. Our facility includes: • climate-controlled indoor training/detection room • small outdoor play yard for potty breaks and fresh air • use of our slatmill (owner-operated only) • assorted training equipment available for responsible use • public restroom access during your visit This is a private rental, so only your dogs will be scheduled during your visit. It’s a great option for: • reactive or sensitive dogs needing space • working dogs needing focused training time • puppies learning confidence in new environments • enrichment sessions and sniffing/exploration time Please note: we are an active boarding and training facility. Hello! We have 2.5 fully fenced acres for your dog to run, sniff, swim and explore. We have goats on the property that are fenced separately, but dogs have access to smell them. There are horses, goats, donkeys, and chickens on the neighboring properties. There is a pond and a pool that isn’t fenced once inside the yard. I have a dog who will bark when you arrive, but he does stop. There are several cats on the property who are used to large dogs and very good at disappearing. Chances are you won’t see them at all. I also have two small pastures that can be closed off to keep dogs in a smaller area if necessary. Lots of trees for shade. Our grass is always cut down and we keep the property watered (as best as possible) so no sign of rattlesnakes. During the spring/summer months, there are stickers, welcome to country life! Dogs are allowed in the pool, I just ask that you don’t let them in the pond and then the pool. It makes it very dirty. Please rinse them off if they do before entering the pool. The pool is salt water. If you want to swim with your fur baby, please click the “extra” to add that and follow all rules. I try to meet everyone for their first visit but if I can’t I will send a message letting you know. There is a picnic table and chairs so feel free to bring a snack or picnic lunch and enjoy.
