Explore our wooded property, follow the well-defined trail from the back gate of the fenced area down to two beautiful, large oak trees, and continue through the woods toward the Siuslaw River. The river runs along the back of the property and offers opportunities for dogs to cool off and swim when conditions are appropriate. A Comfortable Space for Humans - Near the fenced dog area, you'll find a small outbuilding with a fully stocked kitchen, drinkable water, a refrigerator, couches, a chair, and a first aid kit. The deck has outdoor seating, making it a lovely spot to relax while your dog enjoys the property. Additional amenities include: • Fresh water and a trough for dogs to drink from and splash or play in. • A fully functioning outhouse for human use. • Deck and kitchen lighting for evening hangouts. • Plenty of space to enjoy food, snacks, and time with your dog. • Potable water for humans and dogs. • A secure place to store food, personal belongins, and a place to stay dry if it’s raining. 5 acres with green yard, wooded areas to explore, and a small field to run in! There are 3 dogs and farm animals across the street but don't ever come onto our property. We do have wild animals (birds, squirrels, turkeys, and more) and cows that share a fence line with us as well. We have chickens but they will be cooped up during the visit time.
