The pole barn is NOT included in the rental, only the yard. I have a water bowl & spigot available at walk gate, please use all you’d like. You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. I do live on the property and occasionally will need to come in or out of my barn, I will communicate with you as best I can. Please advise if you have a reactive dog. Pastures are mowed every week, in the summer the grass grows fast; you may experience longer tasseled grass or short depending on the the day. A private secluded sanctuary where you might see some deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, fish and maybe even some other wildlife depending on what time you come to visit. If you like nature with a country setting, you and your pets will love it here. So bring your pets and come on over and enjoy your visit.

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 4-5 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), two smaller tires to run through, weave poles, a small round jump, a tunnel, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water, dog bowls, and grocery bags for poop are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, additional poop bags, and an umbrella are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Feel free to reach out if you have any questions at all.

It has multiple fenced spaces to play with your dogs, every corner of the farm can be explored except of course for the main house, there's a welcome garden where you can spend the day and if you'd like to make a BBQ or bring friends you can also ask me, I'll be happy to rent the space for camping, events, friends & family, etc..

Welcome to Feathered Fields! We are a family run farm with almost 6 acres of lush field for your pups to run and play. As a newly established “venue” we welcome feedback and ideas to expand on a comfortable, safe and fun experience for you and your pets! Currently we do not have electricity or water access on the field so we encourage all guests to bring proper hydration for your pets. Poop bags and a trash can are provided (see photos) but all guests are encouraged to provide their own supplies of course, if possible. Designated parking area for guests will be marked with RESERVED signs and a temporary key code will be assigned to guests for accessing the field during their allotted time. Feel free to bring your pups’ favorite toys! Firearms and live fires are not permitted on the property at any time! If desired, guests can bring chairs or sit back on the logs in the field and enjoy the sun while your pups have the time of their lives! Our property frequents deer so I’m sure they will enjoy the sniffortunities around the field!

Big Open back yard, plenty of space to run and run. Some toys will be on hand if you'd like to play some fetch. Chairs for the humans, which you can move to the grass area or keep under the storage house porch covering for shade. Tree by that area provides additional shaded rest area for poochies. (In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This is a rustic spot if you are looking for a space for your dog to run and play. This is not a fancy place laden with amenities like a luxury day spa for pets lol. I adore animals of all kinds and wish to embrace a place for them to be free and untethered and their humans too ;) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying this grassy yard.

1.5 acres in a quiet community off of Old St Augustine Rd in Mandarin. Partially wooded perimeter, lots of space for your fur baby to stretch his or her legs. If our garage door is open, feel free to sit inside the shade. We already have a fan in the garage if you'd like to use it. You are welcome to knock it you need anything during your visit. I would be happy to discuss a weekly or monthly rate if you find you enjoy the peace and quiet.

We live on five acres. Tucked away off of 27 or (SR 45) on a dirt road. If you are planning a day at the springs, we are located 20 min from Poe, blue, Ginnie and Rum Island springs. The property is not completely fenced. We have a picnic table under a muscadine grape vine or a open fire pit area to relax. If I am home I will give access to my restroom in my house. I have 2 small dogs, 2 cats, chickens, ducks and rabbits. They will be secured in enclosures before you arrive. I am starting a hobby pond, it does have a liner with water and pump, but that's it. Not great for swimming, but makes for a giant bone shaped water bowl. You can park next to carport and have fun with your fur baby. P.S. basket on side of carport will include doggie bags, hand sanitizer, bug spray for humans, doggie treats, cooler with cold water. I have water bowls available. Access to water hose as well. Old towels to clean paws and shoes.

Never any pesticides or fertilizers used so being to woods bugs are possible to be found depending on the season, preventives highly suggested.

This is our 10 acre property that has a seasonal pond that gets big enough to use our kayaks and sometimes it's dried up and becomes a bigger play field. We have lots of gardens and fruit trees and wild foraging. We have a swimming pool with a sun deck. We have wooded short trail areas. We have lots of shaded tree areas. We have a camper with an indoor bathroom for needed use. We have a playground and trampoline as well. We have a hose a sprinkler available. There are outdoor outlets for charging purposes. We have a picnic table area and plenty of chairs around the property. Etc. It's a dog's dream.

There are many other dogs and other animals here; if you need a place to rest this is a great place. Can have them up to a month. It's in back dirt roads and there's plenty of nature.

Bring your dogs for plenty of roaming space, we have two 50ft long leashes to allow your dogs to explore. Your pets will always be safer than at a traditional dog park because there is a professional trainer on site at all times. All pets must stay on leashes. Thank you!
