Quick note: our lawn mower is broken and in the shop for repair. The grass is starting to be longer in some spots. We want to apologize and let you know that we are trying to get this issue resolved as quickly as possible so that we can get the grass mowed and looking great as has been our standard. We are hoping to get our mower back this coming week (week of March 4th) and we will be calling the shop daily to help push them to get it done soon. ////////////// Welcome to my spot!! Quick housekeeping items: 1. Gate over driveway, if closed, can be opened manually. If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Enjoy your time. Thank you for checking out my spot. Have a lovely day!
The property is 4 acres but the front yard is 2 acres fully fenced with a shaded front porch(the pic with my GS in it shows one half of the porch) there are chairs to sit along with fresh water and dry towels for your fur baby. There is also a shaded back porch with the smaller fenced in area if you would rather be back there. There is always doggie treats and cold water or soda for you. Inside restrooms for you if needed. My girl will be inside with me but is extremely friendly if you need to come in for the restroom. It’s my mom and I during the day. We would love to have you and your fur baby come for a visit! Please always call to confirm an appointment. 863-698-2171.
80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gate guarded property in rural Clermont. Water troughs filled daily. When you tire of throwing the tennis balls (provided), bring a coffee or book and relax in the outdoor living room. This covered spot has seating for four adults, board games, and peace and quiet.
****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. I really hope you enjoy this place as much as I do. Thinking of becoming a member? Members receive pool access at no additional charge To ensure everyone’s safety please be sure to arrive and leave on time so you don’t run into another guest and their reservation. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. If you would like to meet or have my pups introduced to yours so they can play and entertain each other please just message me and request. I don’t want to assume.
We have a huge lawn and area to run and play - all grass and plenty of space. We do have chickens in coop.
We welcome pup parents and their fur babies to come enjoy endless hours of open space to get fresh air and as little or as much exercise needed. Over a acre of secured area specially designed for our loving pets and parents. As we are just getting up and going with our spot, amenities will be added soon. Come join us, we'd love to have you.
Heartland Place is the perfect spot for the furry family in your life and humans of all ages too! (One guest is included with your reservation to use our playground but additional guests would need to pay admission to our playground if they want to enjoy it!) We have restrooms and trash cans for disposal, but you will need to bring your own bags to clean up after your pets!
This is a beautiful property. You can come fish off the dock, swim in the swimming hole, play catch in the field area, or sit back and relax with your pup.
Come let your pup(s) run and play safely on 3+ shaded acres. Feel free to sit and relax under the oak trees, as your pup plays. If your dogs likes the water, plenty of water to play and cool off.
