Welcome to our spot! We have a big beautiful fully fenced in backyard with lots of features for pups to enjoy. Wide open grassy spaces, gentle hills, mossy areas, trees and bushes to explore, a small water feature, sunny and shady spots! We have a nice patio area with a variety of seating and tables. There is a hose for filling up dog bowls (please just ensure it is turned back off!). At the back of the yard, there is a gate leading out into woods/conservation area that can also be explored. If you bring kids, we have a small playhouse on the patio with some toys inside, along with two slides in the middle of the yard. Just ask for the WiFi password! Woodland Paradise

NOTE we have had a few recent issues with folks being sent to the wrong location while using Apple Maps. If you are having trouble locating us we suggest using Waze or Google Maps as an alternative. The driveway is well marked with Sniffspot signs. Fully fenced, lightly wooded yard, about an acre. Paths around perimeter and throughout. Barn with kennels in case you need to separate dogs or get in out of the weather. Plenty of shade. The property contains many boulders, tree stumps, logs and leaves for your dog to explore, and lots of room to run. Please wear sturdy shoes or boots and watch your step. There may be roots, rocks, holes or the occasional poop hiding under the leaves. Several of our guests have seen deer on the path to the SniffSpot gate. We strongly recommend keeping your dogs leashed until you are safely inside the fenced area.

As water activities are now closed for the season we are using our stock tank to house most of our toys so that the dogs can jump in to play or choose one for yard play. Groverland

Please note - the pool is closed for the winter! We will open it back up when the weather gets friendlier! Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in. We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. Use of the pool is an add on, so please be sure to mark that when you make your reservations. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. This spot is a large fenced in yard. It has a small wooden area for pups to explore. There is a lacrosse net and netting in part of the yard for my kids when they play lacrosse backyard. They won’t be back there when the yard is rented. Please make sure to read the directions for parking and where to enter the backyard entrance as it is a bit hidden. Please go down Littlefield Rd. Take the first left onto an unmarked street. You will see a middle school field on your right. Our metal gate entrance is on your left. When school is in session please park on Littlefield or Winston Rd. Otherwise you can pull up to the gate. We have a water hose and bowl on the side of the house for your pup to cool off. ✍🏻We are excited to offer our MortyMerch! We design t-shirts, or bandanas with your pup’s face, name or both!
