Let your pup(s) run free! Our yard is fully fenced and 4 ft tall. There is plenty of space to run around and some shaded areas to cool down. Parents have a place to sit too! There’s a hose and water bowl as well. We have 2 dogs of our own that would love to play, but that is completely optional. Our neighbors behind us have chickens they let roam so don’t be surprised if you see them right up against our fence. They can be quite entertaining to watch. This is a 60'x120' indoor arena with a sand base. Sliding windows will be closed in cold weather. Large sliding door will be open to enter and can be closed for secure playing. There are 3 horses, on the property and 3 barn cats. We do not currently have any dogs, so a very safe play spot.

I have a total of two acres available for SniffSpot. One is the main area that you immediately enter and is fully fenced. An additional area that is further back behind a cattle gate is available for use but unfenced at this time. We offer toys, water, water bowls, parkour equipment, lots of toys and a small pool for the summer. Long games of fetch or frisbee. Tug. If you dog loves to sniff there are lots of fox, deer and other creatures in the area to enliven your dogs nose! Easy parking available. We can even accommodate large groups or even your puppies birthday party!

The pool is completely fenced off from the rest off the yard. You don’t have to worry about your dog(s) accidentally falling in. Our yard is handicap accessible. There are no stairs to climb. The entrance to the backyard is a flat grassy area. The gate leading to the back yard is wide enough for a wheelchair or power chair. The yard has a slight incline, but there are no major obstacles that would prevent a wheelchair from moving around. We are located in Sykesville, MD which is about 30 mins from Baltimore and Columbia. 15 minutes from Owings Mills, Ellicott City, and Westminster.
