Le sentier principal forme une boucle d’environ 1 km, composée de petites roches et de terre, idéale pour une promenade paisible. 🌿 En plus de cette boucle, vous trouverez un joli petit chemin aller-retour d’environ 700 mètres, parfait pour prolonger la marche tranquillement. 🥾 Pour les plus aventureux, un sentier mène vers le sommet de la montagne (2 km aller-retour). Enjoy a private waterfront space with a large yard for your dog to run, play, and explore! The property is unfenced, so it’s best for dogs with good recall or those using a long lead. You’ll also have access to the water and plenty of extras, including a paddle board, human life jackets, a dock, a floating water mat connected to the dock, outdoor chairs, and a fire pit. Welcome to Willow Run 🌿🐾 We’re Nate and Rita, and we love our girl, Shadow — but she’s reactive, and after some difficult experiences at public dog parks, finding safe places where she could simply run and enjoy being a dog wasn’t always easy. That’s one of the reasons we were so thankful to discover Sniffspot. Being able to rent private spaces gave Shadow the freedom to explore, play, and run without the stress of unfamiliar dogs suddenly entering her space. Still, we always had one big goal: to give her that same freedom at home. So when we moved out of the city, a proper fence was near the top of our list. We built a 7-foot solid wood privacy fence around our backyard, reaching right down to the ground and intentionally designed without gaps or openings. Seeing Shadow — along with our other two dogs — running, sniffing, wrestling, and playing freely back there has been an absolute joy. There’s a particular kind of peace of mind that comes from opening the door and knowing your dogs have a secure place where they can just… be dogs. And that got us thinking. We knew firsthand how difficult it could be to find a Sniffspot that felt truly private, securely fenced, and large enough for a dog to actually stretch their legs. So we decided to divide our yard and open part of it to others who might be looking for exactly what we once needed. Welcome to Willow Run. With over 100 feet of length and just under 5,000 square feet of private space, there’s plenty of room for your dog to run, sniff, explore, play, or simply enjoy some quiet time outside. The yard is surrounded by a 7-foot solid wood privacy fence, giving you and your dog a peaceful little pocket surrounded by nature while remaining safely enclosed. Our own three dogs comfortably enjoy the space together, making Willow Run a great option for multi-dog households, trainers looking for a private place to work with reactive or easily distracted dogs, and pack walkers looking for a secure space to safely exercise and work with multiple dogs. The land is developed with a focus on a food forest in permaculture, featuring permanent gardens, bees, and chickens (protected in a coop, with fully fenced external section). The land is alive and comfortable, very sunny, and offers several microclimates. The moss trails in the surrounding forest are impressive too. The land is very large and equipped with benches and swings to enjoy the sun and chat. There is private parking and a private entrance to the yard at the back. The village of Val-David is a tourist attraction in itself. People come here for the numerous cultural activities, climbing, forest hiking, mountain biking, the Petit Train du Nord bike path. There are good shows, good local beer, and a well-established artist community.

This space provides apt enrichment for dogs of all ages. The space offers a combination of grassy fields, small wooded area, and a small pond for dogs to run and explore. There is a seating area and garbage bin for owners to use. This Sniffspot provides your dog the opportunity to just be a dog! When you book a visit you will be the only person on the property, so there is no risk of distractions caused by other people or animals. Please park in front of the big gates and enter the park through the green gate to the left. If you have a new pup that is having recall problems, or you have a reactive dog, this is a perfect stress-free environment for them to enjoy. They will be able to run and play without risk of getting too far, or seeing another dog. We also offer an assortment of agility equipment. Please set it up and return it near the trees at the end of your visit. We offer a discount to anyone with foster dogs, please reach out for details. Welcome to Willow Run 🌿🐾 We’re Nate and Rita, and we love our girl, Shadow — but she’s reactive, and after some difficult experiences at public dog parks, finding safe places where she could simply run and enjoy being a dog wasn’t always easy. That’s one of the reasons we were so thankful to discover Sniffspot. Being able to rent private spaces gave Shadow the freedom to explore, play, and run without the stress of unfamiliar dogs suddenly entering her space. Still, we always had one big goal: to give her that same freedom at home. So when we moved out of the city, a proper fence was near the top of our list. We built a 7-foot solid wood privacy fence around our backyard, reaching right down to the ground and intentionally designed without gaps or openings. Seeing Shadow — along with our other two dogs — running, sniffing, wrestling, and playing freely back there has been an absolute joy. There’s a particular kind of peace of mind that comes from opening the door and knowing your dogs have a secure place where they can just… be dogs. And that got us thinking. We knew firsthand how difficult it could be to find a Sniffspot that felt truly private, securely fenced, and large enough for a dog to actually stretch their legs. So we decided to divide our yard and open part of it to others who might be looking for exactly what we once needed. Welcome to Willow Run. With over 100 feet of length and just under 5,000 square feet of private space, there’s plenty of room for your dog to run, sniff, explore, play, or simply enjoy some quiet time outside. IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Hello, I am Emmanuel and I live on a 3-acre mountain property located in the village of Val-David, in the Laurentians (Quebec, Canada). The land is developed with a focus on a food forest in permaculture, featuring permanent gardens, bees, and chickens (protected in a coop, with fully fenced external section). The land is alive and comfortable, very sunny, and offers several microclimates. The moss trails in the surrounding forest are impressive too. The land is very large and equipped with benches and swings to enjoy the sun and chat. There is private parking and a private entrance to the yard at the back. The village of Val-David is a tourist attraction in itself. People come here for the numerous cultural activities, climbing, forest hiking, mountain biking, the Petit Train du Nord bike path. There are good shows, good local beer, and a well-established artist community.
