This fully fenced in 0.25 acre yard is attached to our Dog Training studio in Hoffman Estates. It is available for use when we're closed. It is only available after 6:30pm Mon-Fri, and is available all day on Saturdays and Sundays. You and your dog(s) will be the only ones on property during your reservation. I have raised garden beds, and while Your pup has free range of the yard/mulched beds, i do ask they stay out of the garden beds. You’ll have access to a pooper scooper and bags. Please place used bags in the green garbage bin. Parking is on the right side of the driveway if available or street parking on the opposite side of the street from our driveway. Its a neighborhood so there are often pedestrians with their pets and children walking past the yard.

We LOVE sharing our space with multiple dogs from the community however, it is hard on the grass. To decrease traffic we have increased our pricing because the grass is struggling with wear/tear. If you have a history of using our yard we want your dog to still get to come play! So please send a message & we will send you a discount code. We just need to start planning for planting grass etc. With the fluctuation in weather please be aware: If outdoor parks are wet and muddy ~ areas of our yard will be also. We cannot control the effects of rain. Please always use the provided carabiner to lock the gate as pictured after you and your dog(s) enter. We have installed multiple methods of LIGHTING for evening reservations. Easy instructions for use will be sent when you make the reservation. We do have a SHADE/RAIN SHELTER! :) PARKING: One FREE private parking space located at the entrance from the alley at the back of the lot. Since some guests were having a tough time with the parking space, we did WIDEN the entrance. We park 2 Honda CRV's back there daily without issue. Fully fenced 6 foot secure and private green space. Large open lot with seating and plenty of room to play fetch or just relax off leash. Easy street parking, no permit required. Any Extras will be located in the storage bin on the east wall of the lot.

Right now the only way into our driveway is if you have four-wheel-drive!  let me know if you want me to leave a sled outside for your dog to pull you! We had a blast with that today we have a working dog and he loves a good task!  With it being cold out, I will do my best to leave water in the barn for your dogs. If I do not, there is always empty bowls & the pool in the barn if you want to fill one up. I'll always message you ahead of time and let you know if I'm home to help out. There are no farm animals here currently and this is a pasture that is now cleaned up and ready for our pups to play in. You can bring chairs, set a fire in the fire pit. * Short grass / tall grass areas / hill in the very back * Fenced but CATTLE fencing so great for larger dogs & dogs with GOOD recall * Wear your cowboy boots and explore the property! * Farm area is separate from our immediate yard up by our house so you have your own space.
