Great spot! Massive fenced area for the dogs to run. There is an area for your dogs to swim however there is an opening on that side for your dog to take off if it’s recall isn’t any good. Mine loved running through the marsh!
Dog toys provided too!

Linda was extremely accommodating & her property is beautiful! Our 2 pups had lots of fun, & there is plenty room for them to roam. Would absolutely recommend to any dog owners :-)

Linda was very welcoming with a beautiful property and sweet pup Pearl. Linda was so kind and showed us around. Very inviting but also gave us space to ourselves. Would highly recommend her place.

We had a great time! My dogs ran around, explored and played with Linda’s very friendly pup. Linda is very nice and provided water and toys.
The lot isn’t fenced, but it’s a very quiet area. Also, just for information - the drop to the water is pretty steep, so the dogs didn’t go in.

We had an absolutely wonderful time! There was a bunch of room to run around and shade to cool off under 😊 The area was fully fenced, and the dogs loved being able to slash in the water behind the house.

Nice yard and pretty view! I brought my brittany & 2 gsps that we are dog sitting and they enjoyed themselves a lot. It was nice to let all 3 of them run and I could relax knowing they couldn’t bother any people/dogs. The neighbor & her dog were standing by the fence for a few mins, not sure how often that happens. However, It wasn’t an issue for me as mine are friendly. Just something to consider if yours isn’t. We made great use of the easily accessible hose/water bowl. We will definitely be back and try to utilize the gorgeous lake behind the house next time. Thank you for having us!

Very nicely kept property, and beautiful view of the LC reservoir. My dog and I had a great time. We saw a very little dog a couple of lots over who was determined to make us notice him with his barking, but my pup looked, then dismissed him. An adjacent house on the opposite side had guests at the pool area, and a very docile dog approached the fence and my girl trotted over to him, but amazingly she did not react defensively! First time I’ve seen her not react when that close to another canine she doesn’t already know. A few sniffs and walked away. Hooray! Hope we can arrange to return again. Great price and plenty of Chuck-it ball space.

It was very easy to get it with great instructions. My senior girl has a blast wondering around. The grad was cut to a great length and just a nice open yard so I could see my girl at all times. The hose was so helpful to make sure she was hydrated and they offer a bowl and poop bags if you don’t bring your own. It was so nice. There was some little dogs a few yards over that do bark so just be cautious if you have a fence jumper. But other then that great experience

This Sniffspot is an amazing hidden gem! Can’t wait to go back to catch a sunset on the water! Host communicated
very quickly from before I booked, to while I got there to let me know where to park etc… (although there’s no confusion possible, the gate entrance is pretty straightforward). Low but very secure fence with no gaps anywhere, clean grass, two shaded spots under trees, LOTS of space for running AND direct access to the water which made my dogs feel like big explorers lol. No visible dogs directly on either side, just a friendly neighbor who took her tiny dogs out to pee for 1 minute. Otherwise, suuuper quiet and idyllic spot. HIGHLY recommended, will book again for sure!!

This was a perfect space for Uzi to run and play and sniff. It was so nice that a couple water bottles, a dog bowl and some extra toys and even dog beds were available. Uzi had so much fun. We will definitely be back!

Very clean and nice. Easy access.I didn't stay the full hour because it was mainly to see if my dog liked to swim, but he didn't so we left early. Plenty of toys for dogs to play with.

This spot was AWESOME for our two dogs who used to have a pool at home! They jumped right in and had a blast! The fence and gates were all very secure, and we overall had a great time!

Super nice neighborhood and the pool was very cool. My dog had a lot of fun. He's old so I don't let him go to the deep end but there was more than enough space on the steps for us to play there and do shallow swims!

What other types of private dog parks are available?
Fully fenced dog parks
Very popular choice, perfect to contain your dogs if they are escape artists or if they are not good at recall.
While public dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than public dog parks. With Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. If you are worried about whether you can have an enjoyable water experience, just know that it is possible to have peace of mind when visiting dog waterparks by following basic safety guidelines. Some great ways to stay safe around water with your dog include learning canine CPR and keep an eye on your dog at all times to ensure they are not distressed. You can learn more about safety around water here.
How do I know if a dog water park works for my dog?
Start by applying basic filters, such as fencing and distractions, to find a dog park that works for your dog. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our fully fenced dog water parks. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog water parks where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. Make sure to review the amenities of the spot to see what kind of water features are offered to make sure it works for your dog. If your dog is not a strong swimmer, then perhaps choose a dog water park with tamer water features rather than a river or beach, for instance. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions, and of course, checking water park hours.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot water park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Additionally, we recommend following our water safety guidelines.
Will there be other dogs at the Sniffspot water park at the same time as me?
Sniffspot only allows one booking at a time and any host dogs are required to be kept away from the spot during visits. We also enforce 30 min time buffers between bookings.
If you are planning an amazing dog water park party, each Sniffspot water park has their own rules regarding special events. Many water parks allow doggie birthday parties, training and other event types. Event organizers need to be responsible for their guests and event organizers should coordinate with the host regarding their fun party.
What are the coolest doggie water features available?
Sniffspot dog water parks can have a variety of features, everything from swimming pools to rivers to beaches to hoses and kiddie pools. If you are dreaming of a curtain of water, water tunnels, a ball pit pool, water slide ball pits, splash pools or other cool features, you can definitely find amazing features at Sniffspot dog water parks. Each water park is different, so check the details of the park to find the incredible dog water park of your dreams.
