Back gate opens to open field area. Pool is easily accessible for dogs with a tanning ledge entrance. If you have a high-shedding dog, please brush them out before your visit. Swimming at your own risk. Dog life-vest are not provided. If needed bring your own. Outside kitchen has sink and mini fridge. Seating in multiple places around the yard includes bar chairs, lounge chairs, rockers and hammock. NO SMOKING / NO VAPING/ NO ALCOHOL. Only 1 person per visit is allowed in the pool to assist dog(s). No matter how many dogs visit it is only 1 designated person per visit. For additional people in the pool please add the extra of additional people. Add each additional person. It is $30 per person.

Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Fully fenced backyard on the Little Creek Reservoir in Virginia Beach. Total fenced area is 0.25 acres, with fence standing 3.5 feet tall. There is also a walking path that goes down to the lake behind my property. Looking forward to hosting you and your puppy! Please clean up after your pet and stay out of the sheds. Feel free to use the chairs on the deck or the water bowl for your dog.

We recommend you bring towels to dry your dog ,bug spray and sunscreen during warmer months. We’d love to welcome you to our place. We used a non-toxic dye in ponds  in early March to give shade for the large Koi. It helps protect them from the blue herring until the summer grass comes in. It has almost completely faded, and it’s safe for fish plants, domestic and wildlife just a little heads up. our grandchildren swim in it. So feel safe.

Lots of lawn and woods for pups to run! I have a friendly sheepadoodle too if your pup wants a playmate. A large pond is also accessible for dog paddlers. This is in Kingsmill a gated community but just give the guard your name and Malone at 17 Whittakers and I will have you on my guest list. If you want directions from either gate to my house in addition to your gps the guard will do that too.

I have a 2 acre back yard fenced in all the way around and always I’m close to the beach for those water loving dogs as well.

Beautiful fully fenced 1.5 acre yard on a river. Dogs have the possibility of swimming if wanted. Plenty of short well maintained grass for the dogs to run around on. There are several large trees in the yard for shade as well as chairs and tables for dog owners. We offer water and toys for the dogs and there is a swing and slide for small children as well as kayak rental for adults and children over the age of 10. Life jackets included
