Our ground is mostly sand, so even if it rains it absorbs extremely well. When it's hot outside it's cooler in the woods! Light colored clothing and long sleeves are better for mosquitos. Nice trails I cut through the entire property, parking available aswell! Walk next to the water, there is a big lake and a few ponds, a wonderful sanctuary! No fences!
