Bonnie's 12 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Morris

Unfenced
12 acres

12.5 acres. No fence. Good for dog swimming or running free if they are off leash trained! There is a wide open space up front or if you choose to go around the back of the house there is a sand beach shallow at the beach area. And more open spots to run on this 12 acres . Ask all guests to come and leave during your time slot. I have a dog that is not friendly with others. So it’s important for the safety of everyone to come during your slot. The water has a blue dye that is safe for people and animals. It’s a dye that aids in blocking uv rays. Please be sure to check weather. If we get heavy rain it can get muddy in areas. Garbage by our barn see photos. Check parking info. Do not park and block the garages. There is a picture under parking info.

Frequently asked questions about Highland dog beaches

What types of dog beaches are available in Highland?

Highland has 11 dog beaches with diverse features: beach, sand and wetlands. Whether you need a fully-fenced space for poor recall, a quiet location for a reactive dog, appropriate sizing for small breeds, gentle terrain for seniors, or specific amenities like water features or agility equipment, you'll find options in Highland. Filter by fencing, size, distractions, and amenities to match your needs.

When can I book dog beaches in Highland?

Highland dog beaches are available based on host scheduling—many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for you. Check individual Highland listings for specific availability. Flexible scheduling is especially helpful for dogs with specific needs: reactive dogs who do better during quieter times, working dog owners needing early/late slots, or seniors needing cooler morning hours.

How do I book a dog beach in Highland?

Browse 11 available dog beaches in Highland, select your preferred date and time, and reserve through Sniffspot. Most Highland locations offer instant booking. You'll receive confirmation, exact address, and entry instructions. The booking process takes just minutes—perfect when your dog needs exercise, whether that's a reactive dog requiring safe space, a puppy needing socialization, or an energetic dog burning off steam.

What's the most popular dog beach in Highland?

Bonnie's 12 Acre Unfenced Private Dog Park In Morris is highly rated among Highland dog beaches, known for excellent amenities and positive reviews. However, the "best" spot depends on your dog's needs—reactive dogs might prioritize privacy and quiet, puppies might need secure fencing, seniors might want flat terrain, while active dogs might want maximum running space. Browse Highland listings to find your ideal match.

Can I use Highland dog beaches for training sessions?

Yes! Highland dog beaches are perfect for training because they're private and distraction-free. Work on recall, practice water entry and exit practice, beach recall with distractions, or sand terrain conditioning, help reactive dogs build confidence, socialize puppies, or work on obedience—all without public dog park unpredictability. Many Highland professional trainers use these spaces for client sessions with all types of dogs.

Do Highland dog beaches accommodate multiple dogs?

Most Highland dog beaches welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings for specifics). If you have several dogs—especially if some are reactive toward strange dogs or if you have mixed ages (puppies and seniors)—private dog beaches let them play together safely without outside interference or triggers.

What amenities do Highland dog beaches offer?

Highland dog beaches feature amenities like beach, sand and wetlands. Many hosts provide extras: poop bags, water stations, toys, shaded seating, parking, even dog wash stations. Each Highland listing clearly shows what's available. Look for amenities matching your dog's needs: shade for heat-sensitive breeds, water for swimmers, agility for active dogs, or privacy features for anxious pets.

Are Highland dog beaches available year-round?

Weather permitting, many dog beaches are accessible year-round, though swimming conditions vary by season. Many Highland hosts maintain their dog beaches throughout all seasons. Filter for covered or climate-controlled options if weather matters. Indoor dog beaches provide year-round access regardless of Highland weather conditions. Check individual listings for seasonal availability and policies.
