You & your pup are welcome to play with random toys laying around, enjoy but please leave them on site. 3 acres of grass, trails, woods with many different trees and a lake spread across 12 acres of land in southwest Callahan. A private secluded sanctuary where you might see some deer, rabbits, squirrels, birds, fish and maybe even some other wildlife depending on what time you come to visit. If you like nature with a country setting, you and your pets will love it here. So bring your pets and come on over and enjoy your visit.

1.6 fully fenced private acres. Off-road parking on grass for 3-4 vehicles available, plus more along the side of the road. Sniffspot is accessed by a large chained gate with combination lock. Our 3 dogs are occasionally in an adjacent fenced area. Although we put up a visual barrier in that area, they may bark when you are nearby. NEW: Look for our SniffFind (small container like a geocache) while you are visiting! When you find it, sign the logbook and return it to its hiding spot. We have a number of fun features for dogs, including three BIG tires to run through or jump on top of (dogs only please!), four smaller tires to run through, a colorful A-frame, a wooden spool, and a fire hydrant just for fun. There is a concrete table and bench seating - bring your picnic lunch. Running water and dog bowls are available across the field from the entrance gate, along with a poop scoop and large trash can. Toys, bug spray, and poop bags are located inside the tool box seat near the entrance. We can also host dog birthday parties, gotcha day parties, or breed/litter get-togethers! Big Open back yard, plenty of space to run and run. Some toys will be on hand if you'd like to play some fetch. Chairs for the humans, which you can move to the grass area or keep under the storage house porch covering for shade. Tree by that area provides additional shaded rest area for poochies. (In winter can have fun leaves to frolic through) This spot is named after Teddy, our cockapoo that passed at 16 years old, after many years enjoying the grassy yard.

Close enough to drive to a Walmart but far enough away you feel like you’re in the country!
