Hello, and welcome to Iron Mine Dog Run. Our corner lot is in the quiet country setting of Londonderry Township/Middletown and offers little to no distractions for your pup. There is a picnic table, large front porch, porch swing, and patio table and chairs for resting. Our fenced in area is VERY bright when it gets dark. We have 4 floodlights on the side of the house, string lights & valance on the front porch, and a LED valance on the back porch. We also have LED motion sensing lights on the fence posts throughout the yard. There is a spigot with a hose and sprinkler for those hot days, or to fill your pups water dish! There are many shaded spots to get away from the sun around the yard as well. We love where we live because of the scenery, quietness, and low traffic volumes. Our pups thrive in this environment and we know yours will too, we’re so happy to be able to share it with you! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

A beautiful 80 acre farm located in Dillsburg. PA. Dogs can run free and explore wooded trails, multiple creeks, pond, and fields.

This property is 5 acres of mostly open space about 1 acre is wooded that lines the property. We do have a barn where we keep chickens. We let our chickens free range, however they typically stay at the barn area. We are 5 minutes off of Routes 11/15 and 2 miles outside of the town of Liverpool. We offer a wrap-around upper porch where you can sit and swing while watching your doggos. We offer many amenities if you do not see one listed we can make accommodations. I work from home so I am available at all times. We have a 2-year-old toddler who loves all animals. We also have 2 huskies, and 1 outside cat. We also offer doggy daycare and overnight boarding if you need those services.

We recently built our home on farm land that has been passed down throughout generations. The whole farm is 76 acres, we subdivided 5 acres off for our house and we planted a 1.6 acre yard. Our dogs and boys love to run our yard together and we hope you will enjoy it as well!

Property has beautiful frontage on Fishing Creek for a swim and plenty of trees to explore. (Hight of hay and creek level vary by season and weather) For humans, there is a pavilion with chairs, table and grill and a fire pit with wood to enjoy also. I do my best to provide a clean, prepared space for you and your dogs. Toys, clean tables, bottled water and additional water for washing will be available. There is a hose at my house that you may use however, there is no access allowed into my home including to the restroom. There are facilities at the local store one mile away.

Approximately 4 acres including woods, the field borders only 2 neighbors with acreage & no dogs. There is no road or traffic. The property sits back off of a dead end road. You will access the field from the right side of the upper driveway before you get to the gate. Park in the grass and walk back over the hill behind the small garage. All of that area is mine too, but it’s also closest to neighbors. You’ll have more privacy and your pup will have less distractions if you go down back. You will be permitted to use the field beyond the fenced yard only, because there may be other SniffSpot customers paying for the fenced yard at the same time. If you have concerns about another dog being inside the fence, feel free to message me first and if it’s not booked, I can block the calendar for the time you want to use the field so no other dogs or people are here inside the yard. I do also have a small dog friendly BnB and on some days there may be other dogs here. I ask guests to keep their dogs inside during your visit. In spring, summer, & fall I will have a hose run down to the fence and water bowls for the dogs. I can provide some seating in the shade for you as well.

Welcome to our little piece of paradise in Spring Mills! We are so excited to provide a space for dogs to enjoy the peace and quiet in a fun environment. We have 8 acres to explore. You are welcome to play in our field, take a stroll around the mowed trail, go for a romp in the tall grass, or cool off in the creek! We have a long line (50 feet) that you are welcome to use. Everything you need (long line, toys, cool water, poop bags) will be in a bin by the barn where you can park. We do have dogs of our own, but they will be inside during your visit. You may hear them bark, though! If you have any questions, please reach out and ask!
