Beautiful, completely fenced, open, groomed grassy paddock on half an acre. Very tranquil and private. Access is on Pinetree Lane off Hickory Rd. Parking is in the driveway or along the extra wide road. Plenty of space to throw a ball and run around. Dry ideal setting to safely run around with your dog(s).

MuckMeister Farm's SniffSpot is a converted horse pasture. No horses occupy this spot, and there is a small field separating the fence lines. Our fencing is black PVC "no climb" with four white coated wires for extra security and visibility. Starting March 20, the hose will be on! A wash station will be added shortly. Anything inside the fence is yours to use, including the items in tote (towels, poop bags, leash). We encourage barking and fun!

Welcome to our private dog park! This used to be a horse pasture but since we don't have horses anymore it has been turned into a dog park and recreational area. It is fully fenced to keep even small dogs contained. We hope you have a tail wagging good time!

**November 2023 We got an outdoor heater for guests to use to keep warm!! Guests responsibility to turn on/off depending on your heat needs** Does your dog love to run? Love to swim? Love to chill in the shade? We have it all! Enjoy 3 acres of fenced in land to run around, a private lake for you pup to swim in or do some dock diving, and a bamboo forest perfect for getting some shade and feeling at peace. We have an active train that can run nearby twice a day. Most dogs don't mind, but if yours does, be mindful that it can show up (: Two people per dog please! Any additional people should be added under "extras". Also: We do have a mole issue which causes holes AND dogs digging holes. Be mindful of any holes! We fill them as often as possible, but want everyone to be safe and mindful of any potential hazards!

This area is located right near parking for easy access to car to get supplies for a quick snack or full out meal in nature. My name is Kaitlyn. I have quite a bit of land that wraps around my house from the front to the side to the back. Out back is an extended, very open field where my dogs personally love to get their zoomies out. There isn't a fence, but it is all outlined with trees, creating that "barrier" for them. There are areas of long grass as well for those pups who love to hop around in the tall grass. Your puppers will most certainly have the space they need to work off some of that high energy, and (if it's okay with the owner) they will definitely be given lots of love and affection during your visit! Private horse farm situated on 10 acres surrounded by trees and very secluded. The front pasture is approximately 3 acres and has split rail fence covered with wire mesh for your pups safety. There is a picnic table with an umbrella to relax at while your pup/pups frolic in the field. There are trees and shady areas for your pet to get out of the sun and roll around in the grass. There are dog toys, towels and water bowls. There is a water hydrant for fresh water as needed.

Does your dog have the zoomies? Bring him to my place and let your fur baby run around and get the zoomies out. I have 3 pasture sections that they can use to run and run and run and run and run! I am about 1.5 miles from route 283 so if you are traveling and need a sniff spot, I am right here! I just added a very basic wash station.

Welcome to our Delaware oasis, a 10-acre testament to nature’s beauty on a horse farm. Our family’s heart holds a special place for my first dog, Cody, a spirited soul who taught us resilience. If Sniffspot existed then, it would’ve been a haven for us, a place to learn and grow without the fear of hills and unpredictability. In his memory, we offer this space – a peaceful realm for training, exploration, and connection, just like Cody would have loved.

We have about a half acre fenced in for dogs to enjoy running around. We also have a small pond with frogs and fish that’s inside our fenced in area. Right now dogs run the property freely in the backyard only and we have not had any problems. The Lounge is fenced! It’s hybrid indoor/outdoor. On cold days it’s indoor only, it’s a heated garage lounge with expandable fence. Dog parents can use desks and there’s free WiFi, coffee bar, printer. Get some work done while the dogs have full run of the lounge! Lounge has agility equipment, toys, water, treats, and the non human furniture is theirs to scratch! They can get it out of their system here instead of at your house! We can’t wait to have you come on down!

Would be awesome for training, especially off leash. My dog is trained off leash and she benefited amazingly from my property! We love dogs!
