The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. There is beautiful flowers all over to smell and see, access to water and sprinkles, hills and room to roam and plenty of sticks to play fetch with. I’m the fall, plenty of leaves to run through. G2 Barn Hunt offers a 9 acre pasture with plenty of shade. A water trough with steps is provided for swimming as well as a fresh water bowl for drinking. It is completely fenced with field fence. Be aware of holes that dogs have dug going after moles. It is a great location for dogs to dig and run! I will be adding a hammock and a smaller trough in the near future. A trash can and dog bags are available. There is plenty of shaded parking under the beautiful live oaks! A porta-potty is on site. Lots of area for your dogs to have a blast and run around!

Groomed pasture. There are a few obstacle on the field and a ball launcher. Perimeter Fence is 5’. The spot is tucked back from roads. It’s private and quiet. We have trees for shade and two tubs of water available.

This is a completely fenced-in property with plenty of room for your fur babies to run and play while you relax under one of the 5 shade trees on site, or just lay out a picnic in the grass. The kids are also not left out, there is an on site petting zoo where your kiddos can meet with the goats, ducks, and chickens on site and have plenty of room to enjoy themselves. 80% shaded, fully fenced area on a gate guarded property in rural Clermont. Water troughs filled daily. When you tire of throwing the tennis balls (provided), bring a coffee or book and relax in the outdoor living room. This covered spot has seating for four adults, board games, and peace and quiet.

We have 5 acres of land that is fully enclosed with a fence. Roughly 1.5 acres - 2 acres is cleared land, perfect for running and activity. The remainder is forested. We reside next to a nature preserve, so wild animal encounters can occur. We have seen bears, coyotes, and snakes. Most of these occur in the morning time. The fence up front has some larger holes that a small dog could get through, but this is far away from the primary area located in the back. There are plants toxic to dogs around the house, so it is probably best to remain in the open areas.

Fully fenced 5 acres of pasture in Lake County. Back half of property fencing is reinforced with no climb wire so small dog secure. Front half is 4 board without reinforcement so large dog safe only. Lots of room to run, several nice tubs to cool off. Horses on property are stalled during the day. Property owner’s dogs will be confined to house.

If already opened, just drive through and close it behind you to secure the space for your dog to enjoy his run. When you leave, you don't need to close the gate if you found it opened when you come in. 2. Please don't enter the vinyl fence areas directly in the front and back of the house. 3. Spot distractions: 3A) My northwest back neighbor has little dogs that like to engage in fence fighting. I recommend you stay closer to the front of the lot because my neighbor in the back on the northwest side (on the far left if you're facing the house) has 3 little dogs who love to do fence fighting. I have put an additional fence and pallets to block them from being able to stick their noses through the fence. 3B) Poultry in my backyard - I have a few ducks and chickens behind my vinyl fenced backyard which is not part of the sniffspot, but can be seen. The ducks quack sometimes. The chickens cluck. 4. Also, please try not to be too close to the fence lines as there are shallow holes from dug up Vibernum bushes that used to grow in front of the fence. 5. For dog waste, I have a dog waste collection bag (an empty dog food bag) by the trash can area in front of the garage. Please deposit your dog waste bags in here. If you don't see one, please feel free to leave the bags on the concrete pad by the trash can area. I'll put it in the dog waste collection bag when I see it. If you let me know you leave the bags on the concrete pad, I will be sure to take care of them quickly. Thank you! 6. If you need water for your dog(s), there is a faucet by the back building. 7. I recommend wearing waterproof boots as grass can be wet from morning dews. 8. You might want to bring some mosquito repellant as there can be mosquitoes in the yard. 9. After heavy rain, the back part of the property and the right corner in the back area will have puddles and grounds can be muddy. If you want to avoid these spots, try to stay in the front part of the property on the right side when facing the house. The left side next to the mound can also gather some water puddles. Let your dog off-leash and allow them to run around the open pasture on our 7 acre farm. Make yourself comfortable in our zero-gravity chairs under a huge oak tree while Fido chases balls, frisbees, etc. and runs off his energy. Enjoy the scenic lake views and relaxing atmosphere away from city noise. This spot may not work for dogs that tend to take off and not heed commands as there are sections of the cattle fencing that does not include mesh and does have gaps. Also, plenty of room for trainers wanting to set up agility courses.

4 acre mini farm. Currently no horses in residence. 3 large fully fenced pastures with large oak trees for your dogs to run and enjoy. Plenty of room to park. Entrance gate requires code to open. Once you make your reservation you will receive the code. Notes on the gate - If it doesn't open fully when you enter the code - typically that means you didn't press the keys firmly or you hesitated too long between pressing the 4 digits. If it doesn't open fully - please count to five before entering the code a second time. Whatever you do, don't start punching the code quickly over and over - that is a sure way to guarantee it will not open correctly. Exiting through the gate: There is a sensor for when you exit - just keep driving at 5 - 7 mph towards the gate and don't pause until you see it start to open. People make the mistake of stopping when they have only partially passed the sensor. If you made it all the way to the gate and it didn't open you were likely hesitating or didn't drive fast enough. In any case back up at least 20 feet (think 5 car lengths) wait 10 seconds for the gate to reset itself before driving towards it again to exit.

The whole front & sides of the property is fenced. The backyard by the pond/lake isn’t fenced. But the dogs usually stay in the front. Lots of areas for dog parent to sit & enjoy flower garden. Property has 3 chickens in a fenced in coop.

(tobacco and 420 friendly) Please clean up after your pet. A scooper is available. Please scoop poop do not bag up your poop unless it’s a fetish thing. It’s stupid we bag poop. Just don’t leave it where someone will step in it or smell it! If your dog is sick in my grass, report it so it can be sanitized properly. You don’t have to have a pet to enjoy, just rent the spot!
