This is a package of two different areas in the same property. The first one is fully fenced, 2 acres. Only includes cut grass and shaded areas, plus a small place to sit with your doggos. Second area is not fenced and includes two ponds that your dogs can go into, about 2 acres as well. There is tall and short grass there. Pricing is for access to both on the same day. Doggy Oasis w/Pool In College Station

This is both a Sniffspot and HOA rule. Ideal yard for dogs in south College Station with lots of areas to explore and a large pool with two waterfalls, jet fountains and 3 sets of steps for easy and safe in/out for the pups. Fully fenced with stone and wrought iron gates allows the pups lots of room to run, even when the weather is too chilly for swimming.
