A dog heaven. 12 acres to explore and a 2 acre pond to play or swim in. One side of the property is tree lined with smells of wildlife and neighboring farm animals.
We have a 5 acre field directly behind the rail road tracks on the right. It is an open field with a small pond. The spot is not fenced. There is a small wooded spot between the field and railroad tracks
2 acres of naturalized wooded land with trails crossing through offering plenty of space for running and playing, wildlife crosses through adding additional interest for sniffing adventure. There are hills and uneven terrain, downed trees make great opportunities for dogs to explore and be active. Area is fenced with 4 foot high mesh fence, not escape proof, recommended for dogs who listen well and like to hang out with the family more than not. There are cow fields nearby and cows may be seen and heard from the area. Located off a rural dirt road, minimal traffic but it can be seen and heard from the trails. A wet weather creek adds additional excitement in the spring rains!
Our property offer a fence area for you and your dog to play or train. We also have a lake, and if your dogs has a good recall, you can booked the lake for swimming.
We live on 5 acres of land, there is a small/medium part fenced in and the rest is free running! We can let our dogs out to play or we can keep them in, completely your preference! We do have access to a lake in our backyard as well as a pond. The pond is unavailable at the moment, but we also have a doggie pool up for use!
