55Both my dog and I enjoyed our time here on a rainy day! The host gave clear instructions on where to find the indoor arena and the space was clean and quiet. It was just what we needed after being cooped up the last couple of days due to the rain. Make sure to wear clothes you’re ok with getting a little dusty! Monte S.

55Indoor area was nice and clean. One dog loved it, he loves anywhere a ball can be thrown. I think the other preferred outside, but the soft ground seemed to be great for his joints, he was running a lot more than normal. Staff was super friendly and helpful and the facilities were great. Would probably try an outdoor area next time. Charity P.

55Kimberly’s farm is an incredible and calm escape for our cattle puppy to get away from the city and stretch his legs. There are a few different outdoor paddocks available when not in use, and the indoor arena is perfect for rainy or hot/cold days. We also can’t say enough about the kindness of her staff who gave us a tour and were very kind to us and the pup. Michael K.

55We have used the indoor horse arena during the recent bitter cold weather. There is enough space to run around and the option to use the fencing for creating an obstacle course for dogs to jump over and exhaust the dogs. There is also a bathroom on site for humans which is always appreciated after a long drive. Elizabeth S.

55Friendly, responsive people. Lovely place to train and let our dogs run! Thanks for letting us use your amazing property. We will be back and looking forward to also having access to the outdoor sites after things have melted. Nice to have a bathroom on site too.
It's helpful to know to just keep going to the end of the driveway to find the arena. As others mentioned, we all got dirty from the flooring but it was well worth it.

55This place was exactly what my dogs needed to burn off some energy. We absolutely loved the indoor arena—my dogs ran nonstop, chasing balls, frisbees, and each other until they were happily worn out. Kim & Paige were very helpful since this was our first time here. Safe to say, this is our new favorite spot! 🐾

55We had a wonderful visit to the farm. We were trying to get away from all of the ice and snow. My dog was so happy to. Be able run! It is a huge structure but not climate controlled so if you are visiting in the winter dress warm. Additionally this is a horse arena with soft but dusty flooring. My dog is always dirty so that didn’t bother me but you do leave with a coating of gray dust. There are bathrooms in the barn across the way which is a plus. Heather H.

55Our pups had a great time running around in the barn sheltered from the wind! Plenty of new smells and space to throw a ball and walk some laps. We brought a brush and some towels just to try to get some of the dust out of our one long haired dog’s fur before hopping in the car which ended up being pretty helpful.Halle D.

55This is an excellent idea for indoor exercise when the weather is inclement. Humongous indoor area! Our dog had an excellent time getting to chase his ball as well as to run zoomies and sniff/explore. He wasn't interested in the horse show equipment 🤣 I did try to get him to jump one and he ignored me completely.
Things to keep in mind:
1) The substrate used inside is quite dusty. If your dog is short haired, it probably won't be too messy and you could just use baby wipes to clean their paws/snouts. Our dog is double-coated and long haired. We'll have to stop for a bath at the dog wash before we go home. Yeah, he got that messy 😂 There is a water pump available but that really isn't a solution for the fall/winter.
2) The driveway is one lane without enough of a shoulder to pass other cars. You may have to wait to let someone else pass. The Sniffspot was not marked when we came today. You'll drive ALL the way to the end of the driveway. It's the very large metal sided barn. I'll post pictures of the entrance.
3) There is a bathroom. It's located in the stable directly opposite the Sniffspot barn. You go through the brown door and walk forward to the next brown door on the right into a tack room. The bathroom is directly inside the tack room to the left.
4) There are abundant seating choices and tables, however, they are covered in a layer of dust due to the substrate being kicked up. If dust bothers you, it might be a good idea to bring a camp chair if you need to sit.
5) The roads leading to the Sniffspot were not fully plowed today when we came (we came off Interstate 70). It looked mostly to be drifts of snow from the fields next to the road, but if you do not have AWD or 4WD it might be an issue. The driveway to the Sniffspot was fully plowed and clear.
6) The Sniffspot barn is not climate controlled. It did block the wind today which was great, but it was still very cold inside. We walked laps the whole time to keep our dog exercising and stayed fairly warm that way. If you are sitting, you might want to bring a blanket. There are electrical outlets in the sitting area but I'm not sure what the owner's policy is for plugging things in like space heaters.
All in all, we would definitely visit again. It's a great value for what's included. We'll probably also visit once the snow is gone so our doggo can explore the fields too. 🤗 Elizabeth K.

55With all of the snow and ice it is impossible for my dogs to get any kind of exercise. It was worth the 40min drive for my dogs to have a safe fun place to explore and race around. It’s so nice to hear them snoring right now, knowing they are wiped out from too much fun.Andi C.

55A perfect place to exorcise the demons of three cooped up city dogs. The pups enjoyed the hurdles and all the space to run around. The humans enjoyed being out of the wind and not losing the feeling in our faces and hands. Thank you!!!Ketti S.

55Had two young, energetic dogs that needed a place to run. With freezing temps and frozen surfaces outside, this indoor spot was perfect! The arena is huge w/ plenty of room for running and sprinting and also plenty of things to sniff and investigate
Kimberly was great about communicating and answering questions. You and your dogs will leave a little bit dusty so plan for that, but it’s so worth it:) Also recommend bringing water for your dogs. Cari R.

Frequently asked questions about Jefferson indoor dog parks
What types of indoor dog parks are available in Jefferson?
Jefferson has 9 indoor dog parks offers rubberized flooring, climate-controlled space, and enclosed turf areas. Whether you need a fully-fenced space for poor recall, a quiet location for a reactive dog, appropriate sizing for small breeds, gentle terrain for seniors, or specific amenities like water features or agility equipment, you'll find options in Jefferson. Filter by fencing, size, distractions, and amenities to match your needs.
When can I book indoor dog parks in Jefferson?
Jefferson indoor dog parks are available based on host scheduling—many operate dawn to dusk or even 24/7. Unlike public dog parks with rigid hours, you choose the exact time that works for you. Check individual Jefferson listings for specific availability. Flexible scheduling is especially helpful for dogs with specific needs: reactive dogs who do better during quieter times, working dog owners needing early/late slots, or seniors needing cooler morning hours.
How do I book a indoor dog park in Jefferson?
Browse 9 available indoor dog parks in Jefferson, select your preferred date and time, and reserve through Sniffspot. Most Jefferson locations offer instant booking. You'll receive confirmation, exact address, and entry instructions. The booking process takes just minutes—perfect when your dog needs exercise, whether that's a reactive dog requiring safe space, a puppy needing socialization, or an energetic dog burning off steam.
What's the most popular indoor dog park in Jefferson?
Fur-Get Me Not Indoor Dog Park In Arlington is highly rated among Jefferson indoor dog parks, known for excellent amenities and positive reviews. However, the "best" spot depends on your dog's needs—reactive dogs might prioritize privacy and quiet, puppies might need secure fencing, seniors might want flat terrain, while active dogs might want maximum running space. Browse Jefferson listings to find your ideal match.
Can I use Jefferson indoor dog parks for training sessions?
Yes! Jefferson indoor dog parks are perfect for training because they're private and distraction-free. Work on recall, practice climate-controlled obedience work, rainy day training continuity, or winter recall practice, help reactive dogs build confidence, socialize puppies, or work on obedience—all without public dog park unpredictability. Many Jefferson professional trainers use these spaces for client sessions with all types of dogs.
Do Jefferson indoor dog parks accommodate multiple dogs?
Most Jefferson indoor dog parks welcome multiple dogs from the same household. Some hosts set limits (check listings for specifics). If you have several dogs—especially if some are reactive toward strange dogs or if you have mixed ages (puppies and seniors)—private indoor dog parks let them play together safely without outside interference or triggers.
What amenities do Jefferson indoor dog parks offer?
Jefferson indoor dog parks feature amenities like climate-controlled turf or rubberized flooring, enclosed walls for full containment, and year-round access regardless of weather. Many hosts provide extras: poop bags, water stations, toys, shaded seating, parking, even dog wash stations. Each Jefferson listing clearly shows what's available. Look for amenities matching your dog's needs: shade for heat-sensitive breeds, water for swimmers, agility for active dogs, or privacy features for anxious pets.
Are Jefferson indoor dog parks available year-round?
Yes! Indoor dog parks are specifically designed for year-round use with climate control, perfect for extreme heat, cold, or rain. Many Jefferson hosts maintain their indoor dog parks throughout all seasons. Filter for covered or climate-controlled options if weather matters. Indoor indoor dog parks provide year-round access regardless of Jefferson weather conditions. Check individual listings for seasonal availability and policies.
