Sitting on 17 acres we have crafted a half acre guest yard for all dogs to enjoy. It sits adjacent to our pig & goat yard. Ginny and Neville (the pigs) and Kimmi and D.J. Waffles Ranch Dog Park

Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. “Unleashed Pasture” 1/2 acre Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Berthoud

Private Dog Park 1.5ac (Lure Coursing, Agility Equip- Extras)

Open field on back half of property. Native flora, not irrigated at this time (future plans). Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

Mountain Paradise

Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.

We have a large beautiful yard here in the heart of Montbello. This is the former location of Noble Beast Dog Training. Our backyard backs right up to Falcón Park and is minutes away from I-70, Pena Blvd, DIA, Stapleton and Green Valley Ranch.

Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park In Aurora

Imperia's Canine Connection 1+ Acre Private Dog Park The Spot The Spot is over 1.25 acres of fully fenced (6' chain link) field with a drive-through gate so your dogs can start running right out of the car. The surface is a packed sandy soil with dry groundcover during dry Summer, Fall, and Winter months, and mowed natural vegetation during the Spring and wetter Summer months. A walk around the interior fence line is about a quarter mile so it is great for the active dog owner too. This Sniffspot is a close, rural ambiance location in Aurora just two miles east of I-225 from the Sixth Ave exit. The Training Yard The Training Yard is a 60’ x 30’ fenced yard with a Dog Tuff ™ grass surface. This is a unique grass designed with dogs and drought tolerance in mind. The Training Yard is a place for your focused training. You can also use this area as a cool down area after playing in the field. And of course, this is a great yard for my guests with smaller paw prints. Please be mindful that you may want to roll in this grass with your dogs as I do with mine, so please spend time in the field area to potty your dogs before entering the Training Yard. The “Extras” The Spot and the Training Yard are included with your reservation. Some may take training to a competitive level, so I also have available as “Extras” a complete set of AKC Rally signs and equipment, AKC Obedience jumps, and some practice equipment for your Agility training. Winter Hours will gradually reduce to 8:00 am -5:00 pm, depending on daylight and except for Tuesdays. REACTION NOTICE: I share a 300-foot fence line with the neighbor to the west and have installed privacy screening to minimize distractions. The neighbor has dozens of loose chickens, and the dogs do not bother them. Dogs may bark with curiosity, which is normal and okay, but they often stop once they realize the chickens do not react. Also, the neighbor has a dog that infrequently, though on random occasion has access to this shared fence line. Please consider this if your dog is very highly reactive.

Fur The Love Of Pawz

We love welcoming new and old visitors of all sizes! I run a doggie daycare/boarding out of my home, so the yard is doggie proof and set up for you and your pup to enjoy your time off leash with them. The yard is completely enclosed, fully turfed, access to water/toys and treats. I have lights hung for evening visits too! There is a couch/chairs and tables you can help yourself too. As summer approaches we will have pools and fun activities for the pups that will be free to use. I have a dog treadmill that is free to use, must bring your own harness - happy to give instructions upon request.
