We have a large beautiful yard here in the heart of Montbello. This is the former location of Noble Beast Dog Training. Our backyard backs right up to Falcón Park and is minutes away from I-70, Pena Blvd, DIA, Stapleton and Green Valley Ranch.

Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. Open field on back half of property. Native flora, not irrigated at this time (future plans). Animal waterer & hydrant on field SE corner of barn, water hydrant also in parking area with jug and bowl. Table & chairs by the barn and inside pavilion attached to barn (shade area), has a refrigerator to cool your drinks and water. Active goathead eradication. Have lure coursing available by appointment (must confirm by message for operator availability) and custom agility equipment (must make special arrangement for using that) and check ahead, the agility equipment is sometimes out at other locations for events. We know of a trainer who may be offering classes for Agility, Obedience & Behavior Modification at our location. If interested please contact us and provide your information, the trainer will setup a class time when we have sufficient interest to fill a class of 3-6 people at our location.

As you welcome yourself to our backyard enjoy a large chain link fenced yard with amenities such as patio Furniture tiny fire pit bottles of water dog treats and poop bags! If you need to bring your children there's also kids toys available hand sanitizer is provided! An obstacle course, for your dog can be pre-built it only takes a few minutes just request at booking and we'll get it set up for you! I have a large property for pups to run, walk and play on. The property is fully fenced so feel free to let your pup explore! The mountain views make it so much more fun.

I have a large fenced yard on one side of the house and a small fenced yard on the other side. I believe it’s almost 1/2 an acre total. The large fenced area has a cement small drainage ditch. It’s tree lined and wild. My bassets love sniffing around there. Large grass area with out door furniture/chairs to sit and watch. Also after summer is done, I will open up the garden area. Lots of places to sniff around! I also have a SwiftPaws (google SwiftPaws) that I have set up in small yard that you may use. Lots of fun! It is pretty private with the trees and fences. Tall wooden fence on street side and back of property. Chain link along ditch and front entrance.
