Nice open space with some agility equipment, some sheep in yard close by (if you dogs would care about that). Really want to try lure coursing looks fun! Next visit!

Our senior pups enjoyed smelling all the smells and exploring a new area. Being city dogs, t many he neighbor’s sheep were a small source curiosity, but they were wary of the dogs and stayed well away from the fence. The only thing that would have made it better was having a little bit of shade. I understand this area is used for various training activities, so not sure how a shade structure would impact that.

Always our go-to Sniffspot. Nice big area for our dogs to run, lots for them to smell and see, and always clean and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

My dogs really enjoyed this spot. It was our first SniffSpot experience. I debated for quite a while on whether I wanted to go 4 stars or 5. When I got my girls home, they went straight to the bath and I discovered they had tons of what looked like barbs buried mostly in the fur of their feet and legs. They were about 1/2 inch long with a point on one end and a corkscrew on the other end. I had never seen these before and after some research discovered they were Filaree seeds. It took quite a long time to get all of them out of their fur. I'm still rating 5 stars because the field, the setup, and the host were very nice. My guess is the seeds are seasonal and we just went at the wrong time. The seeds were much much worse in my curly haired dog.

The owner takes great care of the property. Tons of room for the dogs to run around. A dog fountain for water, and chairs for the owners to sit. He does have a full agility course on the property as well. Very secure fence. It was great!

We had such a great time! It was really warm, but there was a ton of space to run around, some shade to cool off in, and the dog pool! We were able to enjoy all of our time because there were so many ways to cool down.

Jim is very friendly and helpful! The yard is eventually going to be a full training center which is really cool. My dog was a bit of a dud in learning the lure but it was really cool to try out. Thanks Jim!

We really felt lucky to have found this amazing space. Both my wife and I feel grateful to Jim the owner for creating such a comfortable and well thought out facility and sharing it with us! Our two berne doodles were in heaven. The facilities are very well maintained and we felt very safe allowing our dogs to roam the huge property. There was even a space where we could work with our dogs on getting in and out of the car.

What a great space! There are sheep along the back fence. My dogs were interested but the sheep stayed far enough away from the fence that it wasn’t an issue. There was plenty of water and some shade for the dogs as well. The dogs had a great time. We will be back!

Jim’s place was great! It was very easy to get to and the enclosure felt incredibly safe. My dog was exhausted after just 20 minutes of running around his property. We would definitely book again.

Had a great time! Clean, functional, and open space, with many options for activities (agility equipment, toys, etc). There was a little dog running back and forth along the neighboring side of the fence, but thankfully it was only around for 5 min or so. Would definitely come back!

FAQ about our Brighton dog agility parks

Are dog agility parks safe?
While public off-leash dog parks have a number of safety issues, such as aggressive dogs, inattentive owners, disease transmission and general cleanliness, Sniffspot dog parks are much safer than city parks. Contrary to a typical dog park, with Sniffspot all bookings are private for just you and dogs you bring with you and we require all dogs to be vaccinated (or have equivalent titers). All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect safe place for you and your dog. 93% of reviews on Sniffspot visits are 5 stars. As always, ensuring you use park dog agility equipment safely is also key to an enjoyable experience.

How do I know if a dog agility park works for my dog?
Owners commonly wonder about whether a park works for their dog. Start by applying basic filters, such as fencing and distractions, to find a fenced dog agility park that works for your dog. You can also filter on size to find a larger park or neighborhood parks. If your dog doesn't have good recall, you can visit one of our fully fenced dog agility parks. If your dog is reactive to other dogs, you can visit one of our dog agility parks where there are no dogs audible or visible nearby. You can read the description of the spot to see the details of the set up, such as whether there is commercial grade park equipment, and other amenities, such as park benches. Browse photos to get a sense for park design. We also recommend reading reviews and reaching out to the host with any questions, and of course, checking agility park hours.
What are the requirements to bring my dog to a Sniffspot agility park?
We require that all dogs have basic vaccinations or equivalent titers. We do not allow dogs with a bite history. We require that guests sign our waiver and agree to follow our safety rules. Treat all park equipment with respect and care.
