55Ash was super welcoming and met us at the gate to explain everything about the property. We had an amazing time exploring! The trails were a nice walk around the property and luckily the dogs stayed out of the pond. After a nice walk, the dogs played with the Jolly Ball toys and had a nice long drink of water. Ash was super welcoming and met us at the gate to explain everything about the property. We had an amazing time exploring! The trails were a nice walk around the property and luckily the dogs stayed out of the pond. After a nice walk, the dogs played with the Jolly Ball toys and had a nice long drink of water. The human snacks were a plus! Thank you for such a great spot!
55This was my first time using this app and I was surprised how easy it was. This place was great right from the being. My dogs love running in this area and chasing each other through the fields. 55This was our first visit to Wiva’s World (and first SniffSpot), and we loved it! The acreage was so fun to explore, and plenty of paths to wander down that spending an hour on that alone was easy. This was our first visit to Wiva’s World (and first SniffSpot), and we loved it! The acreage was so fun to explore, and plenty of paths to wander down that spending an hour on that alone was easy. My dog loved the toys to play with at the entrance too. Ash was very hospitable & shared a lot of info for us which was really helpful as first time visitors. If you’re considering making the visit, do it! We hope to be back soon.

Part of the property is mowed and part is left to grow for wildlife but has trails you can walk and there’s a good sized pond. My girl got quite a few ticks on her but that’s to be expected, so just be prepared if your pup likes to roam through the tall weeds like mine does!
