A HUGE part of purchasing my house was buying something that included a dog friendly yard. My house sits on a corner lot so there's a very good chance that neighbors/dogs will walk by. However I have 6 ft. privacy fencing all around. I foster dogs so the "sniffs" my yard are ever changing. I have a splash pad and I’m happy to put it out upon request. Finally, due to the shortening days I’ve put some blocks on my calendar as I don’t have lights in my backyard. If you need a visit before 8:30 am or after 8 pm please send me a message and we’ll work it out.

Relaxing, Quiet Yard for Lexington Pets

This is the fully fenced backyard of a dog lover! A private gated entrance to the backyard allows for conflict free entry/exit. There’s plenty of space to run and play, as well as natural foliage for your pup to check their pee-mail. A shaded patio table, Adirondack chairs, and a lounge chair give owners plenty of space to unwind and relax while their pup plays. A water bowl will be cleaned/filled before each visit. Balls and frisbees are available for use as well. There’s also plenty of free parking on the street For your consideration: the deck has some free space under it that some pups may be curious of. It’s fine if they go under but they will likely get muddy! The deck is pictured in the listing. There are also cats in the house who may sit in the windows. While only really visible if on the deck, If that is a concern, message me and I can put them away!

We would like to welcome you to a 2 acre, fully fenced dog yard that is on a hillside. The fence is 4 ft tall all the way around and safe for dogs, big and small. It's a natural space for the dogs to run, dig, sniff, or just sunbathe. It can be a bit steep in some areas and the Josephine road can be tricky when the weather gets icy. Bring a chair or wander through the trees and let your dog explore. The area is part forest and if you follow the top fence, it will take you over to a small, open field. We plan on keeping it natural so the dogs can enjoy the untouched habitat.
