We offer over 1 acre of fully fenced play yard and 10+ acres of UNFENCED trails, pond and woods. Enjoy a picnic on the bank of the pond or bring your fishing pole and catch a fish! Groups are welcome...so reserve a friend or two! We do limit cars to 2 per reservation or with advanced notice more are allowed. Also, speed limit on our long gravel drive is 10 MPH. We have a water spigot inside dog lot near steps. Please DO NOT use the water spigot in the open field near edge of driveway (handle will not cut off water supply!) No bowls provided due to sanitation so please bring a water bowl. Our property is over 0.2 miles from any public road. Enjoy the quiet country setting and have fun!

Now I just want to see other dogs enjoying it and having fun. 🐾🥰 We are open from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm weather permitting. Private saltwater pool. Dogs are allowed to jump in but must use steps or ramp to get out. READ THIS BEFORE YOU BOOK! Proof of your dog's current vaccines plus what flea and tick preventative they're on is required to be sent to me when you book a reservation!! NO exceptions!! Rabies & Bordatella are Required! If you don't have your dog up to date on these two vaccines and have them on a monthly flea and tick preventative do not book a reservation!! NOTE: Veterans and Active Duty Service Members get half off the hourly rate with Military ID. Please message me for discount code. Thank you for your service & sacrifice!! 🇺🇸🎗️ This is a completely privacy fenced area with deck, patio, sunroom and an 18x36 in-ground saltwater pool. You & your dog can swim & play together safely and securely in the pool Kiddie pool is also available for dogs who are unsure about the "Big" pool - set up, fresh water, and cleaning afterwards for a small extra fee. Choose this in the Extras section. Doggy life jackets in Small, Medium, Large, and XL are provided. Please hang them up to dry after use. Plenty of seating and shade available. Mini fridge with cold bottled water for only $1 each located in the sunroom (choose this in the Extras section). Fun Dog water toys, dog life jackets in all sizes, dog towels, dog pool floats, water bowls and pool ramp available to use at no extra charge. Please bring your own sunscreen. NOTE: Sorry, no bathroom is available for humans as I may not always be home... Dogs MUST be current on their Rabies vaccine & Bordatella vaccines and be on some sort of flea & tick preventative!! All owners must pick up after their dogs in and out of the pool area!! Violators will not be allowed to return. There are security cameras on the premises. Max of two people (adults) per dog unless otherwise arranged with Host. Thus is not a pool party spot for humans! The pool is mainly for dogs. Unfortunately, NO children under the age of 16 permitted IN the pool due to liability reasons unless pre-approved ! If you are bringing a child with you, they can sit on the side of the pool or in a chair and watch the dogs swim. They are NOT allowed in the pool under any circumstances unless pre-approved by me in advance!! If You are bringing more than one dog, they must already know each other and get along! It is highly recommended that you brush your dog before your visit. If excessive fur in the filter becomes a problem then this sniff spot will unfortunately no longer be available. Help keep it clean for everyone.

Captain's Retreat at Bear Creek located off Highway 64 in Mocksville! 4.5 acres of fully fenced (woven mesh wire and post/rail 5.5ft to 6ft high) with trails, woods, field, and plenty of room to run and explore! Open the front gate and drive into the secure parking area. ***CLOSE AND LATCH THE GATE BEHIND YOU BEFORE GETTING YOUR DOGS OUT OF THE CAR!*** Walk through gate into the space from the secure parking area. This area has wooded trails as well as cleared areas. Densely wooded areas and thickets all around. TICK PREVENTION IS A MUST! There are no pesticides or herbicides used here. Only natural horticulture vingear for spot weed control. This area is located beside Bear Creek and when the creek is high or after a good rain IT WILL BE MUDDY on the right side of the property! Dry creekbed located across the back of the property. **The Creek is NOT accessible from the fenced property** -Water hose on site for use. Dog shower/bath area to the right of the shed with dog wash hose attached, shampoo, and wash shammy. Or you may bring your own bath supplies! Feel free to give your dog a shower/bath! ***Just added dog pool*** For use at no extra charge! Fill up/use if you'd like! (It's been stored for the fall/winter...but if you would like to use it...please let me know at time of booking) -Dog water bowl, dog brush, toys, treats, human and dog tick spray provided. All located in large deck box inside the gate. -Bring doggy towels in case of mud or bathing! -Porch swing and seating areas with a shed deck, gas grill, picnic table and hammock at the top of the property. -Chair/table area at the bottom of rock trail. At the end of the cleared field is a 2 single seat swing set and hammocks by the bridge. **Stick Library** -**NEW** we have expanded the field area to fence in the hill! Throughout the day, the trees around the area do provide some shade within the fence. Your pups are free to dig, I just ask that the holes created be filled back in before you leave. There is a dedicated parking area right in front of the access gate, after you turn into the gravel driveway (marked by red reflectors).
