I am a working horse farm and fields are anywhere from a smaller paddock to about 3 acres. Horses get moved around so location changes as to what is available. No climb 4'6" fencing, however there are spots a small dog can get under. Better situation for dogs that have a call back and are not gamey as I have many farm animals they could come in contact with if are not with owner. I have a toilet in the barn for use, plenty of electric outlets and water. Wash stall can also be used for hot water baths after visit. Dogs must be obedient to owners and non animal or human aggressive. You can also walk around the outside of the property on leash and go into Earleville state park land directly behind me.

I will provide a bowl of fresh water whenever I am able to do so, but it might be a good idea to bring some fresh drinking water for your pets if you think you’ll need it. Sorry for the inconvenience! Welcome to our 1 acre fully fenced private dog park! Some quick tips, make sure to look for our brick driveway as some GPS systems will navigate to our neighbors house. The gates are cattle style gates, to enter the backyard lift straight up on the back metal lever and push forward. Our fencing is mostly split rail fencing with some privacy fencing as well. There is wire around the entire perimeter to ensure safety. If you have extra small or toy size dogs I would recommend caution, but the fence is secure. We occasionally hear some dogs barking in our neighborhood, and my dogs on occasion but rarely may bark as well. I would also note that there are a few indoor/outdoor cats in our neighborhood that can be seen from time to time. A couple of further notes to be aware of. First off, this is not a small yard that is perfectly kept with 100% grass coverage. It is a very large field with some large trees especially in the back. Because of that, if we get heavy rain it will likely be a bit soggy, and there might be some spots of mud. This is mostly noticeable in the cooler months, but even in the summer if we get enough rain it is possible. If you have any issues with your dogs running and playing in a large field/wooded environment after heavy rainfall please be aware and schedule accordingly! Another note is there is a train that runs along the back of the house beyond the fence up on the hill. The dogs never seem to mind it though, we actually like it! Other than that, it is a very quiet neighborhood. I hope you enjoy!

Fallon's Farm 2 Acre Partially Fenced Private Dog Park In Greensboro

Fallon's Farm is located on a dirt road in Greensboro MD. The entire property is 3.5 acres, but due to old outbuildings and pending renovations, I ask that the back yard is not explored. There is a fenced area that is used as a play area for my children. Your children are welcome to play along with your doggo. The unfenced area is an open side yard where you may spot a rabbit or two depending on the time of year. I use this area to play fetch with my dog and race with my kids. Very relaxed atmosphere minimal traffic yard is a little over an acre three quarters of the way fenced in but will be fencing at least the back half of the property the rest of the way in with a gate. I'm currently still cleaning the property up and making it more scenic and more comfortable for all walks of life. Bear with me on Wi-Fi I am setting up my guest network now as we speak be a mobile hotspot basically. There is TV seating in my office in my garage you can also sit in the garage where it's cool plenty of fans and if you need mechanic work done on a on a whim I'm your man. I have a chocolate lab and two cats that can be put away if need be one inside cat one outside cat. Neighbors behind me have farm animals but they're all fenced in neighbors to the left of me have a German Shepherd but is mostly inside and unfortunately on a shock collar.
