As of 3/21/26: The snow is gone for the season! Happy first day of Spring 🌸🌼 We are definitely turning the corner to warmer weather, the grass is beginning to get green, and the sun is bright. The yard is a bit muddy in places but overall, drying nicely. Our property is 2 acres of mixed hog fence of 4 ft and no climb fence at 6 ft. The hog fence may be large enough for small dogs to get through. There are deer and turkey regularly around. We have a mix of open field and woods! Also, you will hear dogs inside our house barking. The entrance will be a man gate by the large garage. There’s parking for 2-3 cars. The patio by the house is private. If your dogs choose to dig in the open field, that is fine. We try to keep no digging around the house itself. Please drive down the dirt driveway slowly to keep the dust down, and to respect the other homes. We hope you enjoy your time here!!

Our property is not fenced, so you'll need good recall and perhaps some treats. While I am sure there could be rattlesnakes here, we have not seen one in the 9 years we have been on this property. When we had dogs, they roamed freely and without incident.
