This lot is also great since it’s not connected to a house so you don’t feel like you’re in someone else’s backyard. Excellent location!

I had no encounters with other animals during my visit, fence was secure (unless you have an escape artist who might try to slip through the small gap in the entry gate), clean of pet waste, toys and poop bags were provided. I wore my hiking boots and I’m glad that I did, there are some areas of the property where the ground is uneven and grass is high. The space was large and fantastic for a high energy dog. Good amount of stuff supplied and a ton of toys! My boy had the absolute most fun. Lots to see, smell and play with. If your dog is curious like mine the fence line is full of torn style plants. Be sure to do an eye, ears, nose and paw check when you get home. The tall grass area is full of barbed foxtail.
55Crosby had a wonderful time sniffing, sprinting, and bounding around the property. We loved the sandbox, the fully fenced area, the provided water and toys, and the easy process of booking.
There was a neighbor dog who got loose and came to bark at the fence (but definitely could not access the play space) for a little bit (less than 10 minutes of our hour-long visit), although it was not aggressive and never closer than 5 ft away from the fence line. There was also a dog across the street who joined the barking with the neighbor dog for just a moment (maybe like 1 minute) although we otherwise did not even know it was there. Neither of these dogs were an issue for us, but if you have a highly reactive dog or, as in our case, one that does not listen well when other dogs are present, you should be prepared for whatever method you use to manage your pooch in the presence of others, just in case.
The location is in the flight path for the airport, so we got to experience planes flying over. If your dog freaks out about loud noises, something to be aware of.
We loved this space so much! It was great for training, and the cattle fence ensures our dogs can safely romp around without squeezing out. Do note that the gate has a small gap once you close it behind you, so you may want to make sure you block it off once you come in if you have a Houdini Hound.

It’s nice and private and quiet. Just the occasional farm animal sound. The gate has a couple of spots where you wanna watch and make sure your pup doesn’t try to go through but otherwise the fencing is totally solid and safe to keep a dog contained.
