Katie's Fully Fenced Yard In Knoxville, *coupon code for first time-Katie43*

*Please no digging in grass/yard area! But all along the tree line is perfect for the pups to get the dig zoomies out.* ** Hammock is for humans only, as cute as the pups are. *** Stock tank pool is not available for use by humans or their four-legged kids at this point. I'm not sure if/when I'll add that as an Extra, but the doggie pool I have is located next to the table and just has to be unfolded for easy use and filled up. A peaceful .3 acres of a flat fenced yard, with ample shade and seating. Dog poo bags provided, along with Milk Bone treats and plenty of spots to sniff; trees, dirt, garden area and grass. A drinking bowl and various dog toys are in a Chewy box: think stuffed animals, tennis balls, tug rope, plus a doggie pool (listed as an Extra) and hose (Extra) for those hot summer days. *Stuffies will be washed every two weeks and the dog bowl is cleaned once a week.* An absorbent, clean old bleached towel will be provided for the not so great muddy days. A porch style swing, hammock, and hanging chair swing are available, plus two stools and a swivel rocker chair, opposite an outdoor chair with ottoman with a blanket. The upstairs deck is fine to use as well, as during the fall and winter, it's the best place to get sun. **I have a mini fridge/cooler I have stocked with a few soft drinks and water.** There's also a Bluetooth enabled sconce light that you can connect to if you want some tunes or to listen to a podcast during your visit. I recently added a 40 in. Vizio TV in case you'd like to watch dog videos together as well, free of charge. Wifi password can be provided upon booking. You're guaranteed almost complete privacy. I've made this the ideal spot for me and Dox, and I hope it will be the same for you and your dog(s). There is an easily visible 'please pick up dog waste' sign under my mailbox, just in case there are any questions about which house is mine!

My dog's had an amazing time here. The lot was big for them to play chase, fetch, etc. We are definitely coming back. There's a few things to consider, if you have a dog who's afraid of load noises, there's an airport nearby so they would be hearing and see airplanes( it was a good experience tor our two dogs) and there are a couple small gaps around the fence. I would recommend to keep an eye out but if your dog stays busy running and playing they should be okay.

Great property! My pup enjoyed running all around and investigating all of the amazing smells...and peeing on them all lol. The gate doesn't shut all the way, my 65lb pup could have squeezed out if he had wanted to so be aware of that. And there are a couple spots in the fencing a small dog could possibly get out, but my dog didn't even find them and he's an escape artist, he was too busy having a blast. Will definitely be back and possibly with my other dogs as well.

This Spot is GREAT! Privacy Fencing all the way around. There are a few small gaps that a small dog may be able to slip through, but we had no issues. Host was quick to reply and very kind! She kept her resident dog inside and away from the window. Very clean yard with lots of room to run!

Loved our first visit here. My mom and I were curious to see if our boys would enjoy the pool. They at least tried out the water but the area is great for exploring too. :)

My boys, Lollipop and Bacon Bit, had a blast. Bacon is my swimmer. I had to make him get out of the pool, once our time was up. Great place for your babies to get exercise and play time. Very nice hosts. Very clean and nice yard. The pool is the cherry on top. My favorite sniffspot for sure. I definitely recommend booking for your babies.

Really great space for dogs. They get to swim in the pool for a bit, then there is an awesome yard for them to run around in to begin the drying process. There's poop bags in case you forget! Host is very communicative. My pups love coming here!!!

We had such a great time! My dogs weren’t big on swimming, my puppy has never been in the water. But they enjoyed the backyard anyways. My boyfriend and I had just as much fun!

My golden puppy loves it here! He is learning to swim without water fear. And the hosts are amazing. She and her husband are just amazing! I asked her if she wanted to swim with us and her dogs came out too. I’d you want the place to yourself it’s fabulous. Perfect check in, you drive your car in and the gate closes behind you. Allowing your dog to come and use the grass area before swimming. The pool is spectacular. Just bring your towels and any toys you may need.

We booked Mo’s place last minute while we waited to check in to our Airbnb. Our 3 dogs quickly fell in love with the outdoor space. Our lab took a couple laps around the pool and boy was he in heaven! Mo’s has everything you need from water bowls to a scooper as well as comfy outdoor seating for us owners. 10/10!

What an awesome spot with trails and a creek! I appreciated the clear instructions from the host on how to access the Sniffspot. The trails way back in the woods aren’t as clearly marked so I did some guessing but it wasn’t too hard to figure out. My dog absolutely loved the creek and I got some nice photo opps! I will definitely be back!

Are dog parks good for dogs?
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. All Sniffspot locations are vetted and reviewed by guests so you can find the perfect place for you and your dog. 95% of reviews on Sniffspot visits in the Maryville area are 5 stars.
