We’ve never had a problem with fleas or ticks in the yard. There’s various seating options for you and your four-legged friends. Doggie bags are hanging up on the window and there’s a green trash bin available. You’re welcome to use the hose for doggie drinking water, play time, or a bath. There’s free, shaded parking on the street and private entrance to the yard.

Easy to get to, also in and out. Due to the heavy recent rains the grass was a bit soggy, but I could throw balls as frisbee at my pooch - he was tired pretty quickly. No shade but thankfully it was overcast. I will be back!

Natalie was a WONDERFUL host and her husband too. She texted me making clear the yard wasn't very big but I must say it was perfect to play fetch with american bullies. The yard was very clean and there is an area with sofa ,some beautiful chairs and a fan to sits and enjoy the breeze in hot days. It was available water , a bowl and some toys ( but we didn't use them because my bullies are too strong 😅) . My dogs enjoyed their time and the played a lot.
