Rent safe and private fully fenced dog parks hosted by locals in Brooksville, Florida

Satchel's Place is a non-profit 501c(3) and state licensed. We are a member of the Greated Hernando Chamber of Commerce. Proceeds from Satchel's Place benefit local rescues and pet owners suffering financial hardship. Working with local vets, we can provide financial assistance for pets facing "financial euthanasia" because owners cannot afford medical care for their best friend. Five minutes from either the Dade City exit (293, Blanton Rd) or from the north, exit 301 (US98/SR50). Centrally located 35 minutes from Tampa, 45 minutes from Orlando. Over 3 acres, completely fenced. Cleared area with shade for ball playing, wooded paths for walking. Enjoy privacy in a beautiful, natural setting with your pup! Agility equipment on site (recreational use only). Please note, this is a rural setting. Dogs may be heard barking in the background, but they cannot be seen nor can they enter the site. However, for auditorially reactive dogs, please have them remain on leash until they are comfortable. Owner available for communication at any time through the Sniffspot app.

****Non Members: Please visit the extra’s section to add on the pool at an additional $10 per reservation if you want access to it*** Traveling RV’ers are welcome! The place is big and open and makes pulling in an RV extremely easy! 16 acres divided into two separate pastures. One pasture has friendly cows in it that you and your fur babies are welcome to interact with. The other pasture is fenced as well but no animals in it. There is a garden area with couch, chairs, and table that you are welcome to sit in and enjoy the shade the 100 year old live oak tree provides. There is a lighted gazebo with table and chairs. I keep water bowls outside. One near the RV and another in the pool area. You may need to use one of the many hoses found around the property to fill those bowls with water. New 15x30 salt water pool, I will have doggy life vests available but in case I don’t have one that fits your baby right I do suggest you bring your own. The pool has a large sun shelf that you and pups can lay/sit in and not have to swim. Bring you a mixed drink and enjoy some private pool time! I live on the property so if you ever need anything before or while you are here just message me on the app. My dogs will be inside entertained so you shouldn’t hear them barking. Unless requested, I generally don’t meet my guests as I don’t know their fur babies aggression type. 5 acres of partially cleared and wooded land with a shallow and deep pond fully stocked with brim, cane pole and kid fishing is allowed, there are turkeys, guineas and chickens on site that can be caged. All drinks are acceptable and smoking friendly. There is a bathroom with outside access along with water hoses and outlets/extension cords. If you have your own training device you’d like to bring and set up we can work out half day or full day rates. This property is great for SAR training

** Price does not include pool use, but does include two humans per dog (see applicable rules). Please add the extra for dogs that will be swimming. ** Hi! Welcome to our spot! We have a half acre with plenty of seating and shade, toys, fresh water, and a trash for waste. Our salt water pool is large and heated to 80+!!! It is cleaned between visits and is tested regularly to maintain peak water quality. Humans are allowed to swim with their dogs but please abide by the pool rules. Humans are welcome to swim along their dog, however- there is not an on-site bathroom for use so please come prepared! Please note that the inflatable slide is not for guest or dog use. Our spot in conveniently located within walking distance from downtown Dade City. There are many pet friendly places in town. Please let the host know if you’d like to remain parked in the driveway while you go into town (we don’t mind!). It’s a great way to let dogs dry off :) Thank you!!

Autumn's Dog Park is a private dog park that is a part of the Sniffspot community. We are conveniently located near the Wiregrass Mall in Wesley Chapel in a safe gated community called Wrencrest. Autumn's Dog Park is better than a community dog park because you have the privacy of playing and relaxing in your own private park without the worry of your dog getting hurt. It's like playing in your own backyard. We have shaded seating areas. A screened in lanai. There are dog bowls to give your fur baby water. A small doggy pool and hose to cool off. We have dog toys and treats. Come check us out and stay for an hour or two.
