Mostly flat terrain for easier walking. Some trails are rocky, some have alot of protruding roots, ground is uneven in areas. Vinegar and salt mixture used for a weed killer on some of the trails. You're very likely to see squirrels and deer. Occasional dog barking in the background. Sometimes neighbors mowing/ kids playing. Pretty private, but not completely isolated. There is a hose outlet at the cabin that guests can use, starlink wifi internet, and the porches of the cabin can be used for cover and rest. There is a "pink loo" (outhouse) near the driveway parking.
