We bought this yard specifically for our reactive dog (Sollie). He absolutely loved it and really flourished here. He’s passed away now, so we want to share our yard with more doggies! Do agility, jump in the pool, dig some holes! If you know for sure that you won't use the pool, send me a message. I might be open-minded to a discount. 😊 Agility equipment is the portable type, so it’s just 2 jumps and weave poles. Feel free to move it around. We don’t have seesaw or table obstacles. The tunnel finally gave up in 2025. It tried so hard, but the sun ☀️ was too much. RIP blue tunnel. There are 3 main sections to the yard, plus patio. A couple photos include Sollie, who was about 90 pounds, so you can see the scale of the yard. We have lots of amenities included to make your visit stress-free, plus a few items for purchase as Extras. Hope to "see" you soon! (You won't see us at all. :) ) FENCING: The interior divider fence was destroyed when a tree fell in a storm. We're still dealing with insurance. Those old fence panels are now being used to block off an Oleander bush while we remove it. Oleander is very common in Arizona, but it's toxic so we've chosen to remove it. Very small dogs may be able to fit through this interior fence. The main fence is still secure, and small dog approved! VACCINATIONS: Please double check that your doggie is up to date! 🐶💕 The parvovirus vaccine in particular is super important. The virus can survive in the soil for a year, which would not be fun!

Choose classic white or colorful changing lights after booking. Patio lighting keeps the yard bright for safe and fun evening visits. 🎾 Whether your pup loves fetch, zoomies, swimming, or simply relaxing, there’s something for everyone. Feel free to bring a speaker and enjoy your favorite music while you unwind. 👥 Reservations include up to 2 adults per dog. Additional adult guests are welcome for a $10 fee per person. 🧹 Please help us keep the yard clean by picking up all trash, belongings, and used dog treats before leaving. Gum must be disposed of in the poop trash can only and should never be left on the patio, sidewalks, pool steps, or landscaping rocks. Unfortunately this is a big issue for us.😢 ☂️ Please do not adjust or move the pool umbrella.
