Approx half acre, fully fence 6’ aluminum fencing, 3.75” between vertical rods. There may be some gaps along the bottom approx up to 4”, as this is a new fence, and I will add more dirt / grass soon. Please do not allow your dog to dig. We are facing The Great Swamp wildlife refuge with various animals living behind us, so they may be tempted with scents. 😊 There is also a gap under the deck up to 17” where the dog could possibly crawl under which will be covered/fenced soon. Please keep your dog from going under there for safely reasons. This is a private home, the bookings are allowing me to recover from this new fence for my greyhound mix. Please be respectful and do not let your dog urinate on the house, deck, deck stairs, etc. This is a beautiful location against the Great Swamp, and I’d like to share it with other four-legged friends. We just moved from nyc to have a yard, so I understand the importance of off-leash freedom! There is a small trash can at end of the carport (near back steps) for potty bags. Please pick up after your dog. We may be home, but we will not bother you. You are welcome to park in my driveway but please do not block in any cars. Thank you!

They can do zoomies around the big yard, swim in the large in ground pool, cool off in the large amounts of shaded areas, even go down a slide on the playground. The pups: Toys, pool floats, life vest, water, treats & pool/yard/playground access. scooper & bags included. *You are responsible for picking up after your dog*-the yard is checked before and after each visit. The humans: Water, snacks, games, playground, lounge chairs to take the sun included. You can also sit in the many options of shaded areas or rest at the firepit in a beautiful Adirondack chair. Swim with your pup for an additional fee (see extras). Also included is bug spray and hand sanitizer. If you would like anything additional please don’t hesitate to ask! 2 people max per pup. 5 additional per person. Max 15.
