55Gorgeous property, great communication/directions to get to the spot, and they even left out maps, snacks, and water for us!
The owner is really lovely as well. I temporarily lost my dog in the woods (😭) and she and her sons sprang into action to help me look for her. They were so kind and helpful and I can’t say enough good things about them.
That being said, make sure your dog is either checking in with you every few minutes or you have a tracking collar if your dog is even a potential flight risk. It’s such a novel environment with lots to smell, and the woods are very dense.
We will definitely be back once I buy mine a tracking collar lol. The stream was lovely and completely clear. Savannah S.

55Another fabulous trip to our favorite sniffspot! The host was kind enough to let me know about a new trail that they'd cut and we were able to find it and enjoy a new wooded loop! We'll take more of that trail next time since we know where the trail head is now! tena p.

55Margaret’s property was wonderful. My dog is often overwhelmed on walks in the city so it was really fun to watch her explore the area in a such a trigger free environment. Margaret left us some walking suggestions upon arrival and snacks for both humans and dogs. We will definitely be back to explore the rest of the property. Jen K.

55Another fabulous trip to this sniffspot. After the snow melt and rain it was WET, but it was so wet that there was standing water in lots of places to the mud got washed off as they ran through the fields and the now flattened tall grass. Such a great time for an adventure! I love the flattened grass to open up some more spaces to race!tena p.

55It's been a hot minute since I visited my favorite sniffspot because life has been busy! I got up early for a frosty golden hour photography walkies with my squad and it didn't disappoint. There were new trails cut into the fields and we had an incredible time meandering through these new paths and the dogs racing through all the tall grass. The ground was crunchy and frozen and there was a thick layer of frost on the grasses that just shimmered! It was cold but so very sunny that it was not at all uncomfortable.
I so very much appreciate this host's constant developing of this property to be the best sniffspot ever! The new paths cut through the side of the property i like to walk when the fields are mowed so it was nice to get to walk that direction again (couldn't go too far when the field wasn't cut). Everytime I visit there is something new or something fixed.tena p.
